1- FRAUD IN NEVADA by Hillary Clinton staff.  Andrea Mitchell Pulls the Mask Off Harry Reid. Posted on February 28, 2016 by WashingtonsBlog
The supposedly neutral Harry Reid engineered, or helped engineer, Hillary Clinton’s narrow victory in Nevada. Recall that the Clinton victory was made possible by the large turnout in Clark County, and in particular, in the Strip casino caucus sites. That turnout was, in turn, made possible by a combination of two actions — the supposedly neutral Culinary Workers union chief actively encouraging workers to caucus, and casino employers keeping their workers “on the clock” — i.e., making sure they were paid — when they went to the caucus sites. Both are Harry Reid’s doing.

In a Huffington Post interview on February 23rd, the Clinton-Bush former head of the NSA and CIA, and defender of their use of waterboarding, and of their violating the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (both of which types of legal violations he says are necessary in order to keep Americans safe), accused Congress of being gutless: “Congress didn’t step up and authorize the use of military force” to invade Syria.

….

1-“No matter how much muscle you think you have coming out of the GOP primaries, the system may already have been gamed in favor of the preferred Establishment candidate”. [ The Pentagon wants Hillary, financial corporations too, the press and NATO the same .. everything is set in favor of Hillary.]

2-“If what happened to Ron Paul 2012 also happens to Trump 2016, ( If the GOP party sabotage Trump and don’t recognize him as potential nominee) then he will look to his mob for support to restore some of his power lost to a labyrinth of electoral bureaucracy. That call for rebellion will succeed only if the Establishment wants Trump (for instance, if Bilderberg requires an autocrat to fast-track its agenda), which remains a remote possibility”.

3- “This leads to the third scenario: Trump wins the primaries, but fails to secure his party’s support at the Convention. This will almost certainly lead to his supporters crying foul and demanding a third party independent run. Running means splitting the GOP vote down the middle, which will (once again) deliver the Democratic Party’s likely nominee, Hillary Clinton, a comfortable victory in the general election come November.”
The GOP is a party easily to be divided, so they  will continue to lose in general elections.

[ The same could be said on Sanders. However, that is not considered here is that Sanders could lead a REV FRONT and demanded to be recognized as 3rd choice, if so the democratic party will be split and Hillary will be the  loser.  The nation will have 3 options for the National elections, in fact only two options: Sanders vs. Trump. Worse if Bloomberg get into the arena. The final battle will be between People vs. the 1%. If the FRONT get all the progressive in America (including some from the GOP, Sanders’ front will win. The  NATIONAL FRONT TO REBUILD AMERICA will a reality. ]

The Long History of Government Meddling In The American Marketplace. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : Attempts to control economic growth through government spending and/or manipulating interest rates (e.g., stimulate growth with low rates) generally leads to more severe crises. None of these things are recent phenomena, but can be found again and again throughout American history. Today, there is no party that favors true privatization or free markets. The solution, however, is simply to take as much power as possible out of the control of corruptible politicians and their special interest supporters.

Systemic "Fragility" Surges. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : With "significant" financial stress pervading the markets, it is hardly surprising that systemic risk concerns are rising rapidly. What we have been experiencing in markets this year, as BofA's FX team notes, is the impact of multiple shocks, at a time when central banks cannot come to the rescue, in a market that has been addicted to the central bank policy put. This leave cross-asset correlation soaring as shocks become larger leaving market fragility increasing.

This is concerning, as it implies that shocks are getting stronger and/or the global financial system is becoming more sensitive to them.
Indeed, rising correlations have coincided with every major crisis in the past two decades.

With $1.8 Trillion In Debt Maturing This Year, Two Big Problems Emerge. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : The first big problem, or rather first 9.5 trillion problems: that is how much debt the corporate buyback binge will cost companies over the next 5 years as the debt matures. The second big problem is even more important: the disappearance of virtually all demand from the primary bond market, most certainly in the junk space, and gradually, in investment grade as well.

Was Middle-Class Retirement Just A Credit Bubble Fantasy?. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : One of the jarring - and until recently underreported - aspects of those seemingly-positive recent US jobs reports is the increasing skew towards older workers. Most new jobs have gone to people who in better times would be leaving to live off their savings. Now they’re coming back, frequently taking jobs they wouldn’t consider if money wasn’t so tight. And it’s apparently a lot worse for older women..

Someone Is Very Wrong On The US Dollar: Hedge Funds Most Bullish In One Year, 'Real Money' Most Bearish. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : As JPM explained 10 days ago, before one can form a definitive view on the future direction of the S&P500, aside from BTFD "just because", one first has to decide what the USD will do from here. And that's where we run into a problem, because according to the latest Commitment of Traders data, the outlook of the "smart" money managers has never diverged as much as it does right now.  OPEN the website to see de graph

"We Are In A Recession": Dallas Fed Respondents Admit The U.S. Economy Is In Freefall. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016. For those interested in hearing some horror stories from ground zero of America's recession, look no further than Texas, where the best recap of sentiment on the ground comes straight from the Dallas Fed respondents, who have not been this depressed since the Global Financial Crisis. "We are in a recession. Oil prices are a symptom, not the cause."

Chicago PMI Collapses From 'Mysterious' January Bounce As Employment Crashes To 7 Year Lows. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : Following the biggest beat on record in January jumping to 55.6, Chicago PMI collapsed in February to a stunning 47.6 - below the lowest estimate from economists. The entire report is a disaster with New orders tumbling, production sharply lower, and employment contracting for the 5th month in a row - to its lowest since March 2009. As one respondent warned, business was just "limping along at the moment with little promise in sight."

Law Professor Slams Summers: "Cash Is The Currency Of Freedom". Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : Former Treasury secretary Larry Summers wants to get rid of the $100 bill. But I think he has it exactly backward. I think we need to restore the $500 and $1000 bills. And the reason is that people like Larry Summers have done a horrible job.

Exporting Death & Destruction. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016
Nothing says Nobel Peace Prize like being the world's largest (by a long way) exporter of arms...
The US was by far the top arms exporter in 2011-15, with a 33 per cent share of the global market. Exports from the US have increased 27 per cent in the last five years.

The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, an independent resource on global security, has released a study that shows that India is the world's largest importer of arms.

The chart above shows that Asia was the main importer of weapons in the last five years, as the region races to arm itself ahead of its regional rivals: China and Pakistan. The high levels of Indian imports are also the result of its small domestic arms industry, which means it has to buy weapons from overseas.

Russia is the biggest supplier of arms to India, ahead of the US. But US imports there are growing. They were 11 times higher in 2011-2015 than 2006-2010.
Leaving us with one big (quite scary) question - why is India suddenly preparing for war?

As The Independent reports, the number of major weapons switching hands around the world was up 14 per cent in the last five years, compared to the five years before that.

The Two-Party Illusion. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 : The Great Illusion of the two-party system is that it allows the voter a choice – usually between a liberal and a conservative government. The reality is that, whichever party wins the election, the government is, in truth, a totalitarian one. The “choice” is a mere distraction from the true objective.

The Oil Price Ceiling Has Been Set: "Above $40 And We Start Pumping Again". Submitted by Tyler Durden on 02/29/2016 For leading U.S. shale oil producers, $40 is the new $70. Less than a year ago major shale firms were saying they needed oil above $60 a barrel to produce more; now some say they will settle for far less in deciding whether to crank up output after the worst oil price crash in a generation.

WASHINGTON BLOG

Yes, of course, Trump winning the GOP nomination marks the end of the party as we know it. After all, some neocons are already publicly and actively throwing their support behind Hillary. While this undoubtably represents a major turning point in U.S. political history, many pundits have yet to appreciate that the exact same thing is happening within the Democratic Party. It’s just not completely obvious yet.

“The main problem in any democracy is that crowd-pleasers are generally brainless swine who can go out on a stage & whup their supporters into an orgiastic frenzy—then go back to the office & sell every one of the poor bastards down the tube for a nickel apiece.” ― Hunter S. Thompson
Politics today is not about Republicans and Democrats.
Nor is it about healthcare, abortion, higher taxes, free college tuition, or any of the other buzzwords that have become campaign slogans for individuals who have mastered the art of telling Americans exactly what they want to hear.
Politics today is about one thing and one thing only: maintaining the status quo between the Controllers (the politicians, the bureaucrats, and the corporate elite) and the Controlled (the taxpayers).
