tumble it seems only apprproate that WTI Crude would suddenly be panic bid
above $46.50 - the biggest move in 3 months (along with exuberant "well
growth is coming thanks to Japan right" strength in copper). At the same
time, gold is getting
monkey-hammered (as silver flatlines)

And across the market, GBP strength, JPY weakness, and Crude
strength is supporting vertical no volume ramps in stocks...

Director James Comey's recommendation that no criminal charges be brought
against the former secretary of state over her use of a private email server.

This collective punishment of innocents then prompts fear

after five Dallas officers were murdered in a horrific shooting, Reinette Senum
- a Nevada City, California Councilwoman - posted her thoughts on the shooting

Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, ruled unanimously in favour of the
Philippines in its case against China’s extensive claims in the South China
Sea. It found that China’s claim to historic rights in most of the South China
Sea has no legal basis, dealing a setback to Beijing which,
as the WSJ adds, the U.S. fears could intensify Chinese efforts to
establish its control by force.

Venezuela's President
Nicolas Maduro said on Monday that Citibank planned to shut his government's
foreign currency accounts within a month, denouncing the move by one of its
main foreign financial intermediaries as part of a "blockade." What Maduro
did not mention is that among the central bank accounts closed by Citi will be
at least one, rather prominent, gold swap launched just over a year earlier,
which saw some 1.4 million ounces in gold swapped over to Citi in exchange for
