Brief analysis

Si un leader negro is assassinated by the police and they don’t want a fear Investigation  with preventive detention of those involved, but a total cover up of the murder with  impunity, then they believe that they above the Law and the situation will be worse.

We are witnessing  the start of a total  National uprising.  Is it true that the killing of George Floyd  in Minneapolis ignites the National rioting in Washington, D.C. and from here to New York City, to Atlanta,  to Ohio, to Los Angeles to San Jose..

So far three thing s are clear:

1-      This will affect the re-election of Trump.

2-      The mood in America’ today is against impunity, so the longer it takes to incriminate the police involved in this case, the worse for Trump.

3-      If the police claim no to be control by  Law in special crisis-time and he police murder in Minneapolis just happened by chance (so, it is not their normal   behavior as the rioters believe) then two  versions of SOCIAL ORDER  are in conflict: the DEMOCRATIC-LEGAL SOCIAL ORDER vs THE FASCIST  version  where ORDER  don’t has to be discussed but obey, for the police to exist and the regime to survive. 

What is the logic or rational stand of both positions:

1-      The blacks do not want to be brutalized  & murder for them to exist. IF the police is pardoned  with impunity , then  this order has to be destroyed for them to exist.

This logic explain their riot and if them are organized & get the solidarity of the whole NATION (they are getting it) this could end up in CIVIL REVOLUTION. & dismembering of the whole FED.

2-      Chances of POLICE rebellion  against current regime has only one logic in favor: It is election-time and Trump needs police support for him to exist as possible re-elected President.

3-      IF by chance Trump announce the total re-organization  of the police (with the support of the army and black leaders),  then SOCIAL ORDER can be reestablished and the black social MOV  will come to PEACE  with Trump .

4-      SO: his re=election chances are up.
