I am told the Fed has not actually bought any
Corporate Bonds via the shell company set up to circumvent the restrictions of
the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

YESTERDAY, when discussing the Fed's latest $6.66 trillion balance sheet, we said that more
than one month after the Fed announced its backstop for investment grade bonds
and ETFs (followed shortly after by an expansion into fallen angel junk bonds),
"what is most interesting is that so far the Fed has not yet purchased a single corporate bond,
whether investment grade of fallen angel junk. In other words, without lifting a finger, the Fed's "whatever it
takes" jawboning managed to inject trillions
"in value" in countless debt and credit products."
TODAY, none other than the bond
king Jeff Gundlach made this discovery, tweeting that "the Fed has not actually bought any Corporate Bonds via the
shell company set up to circumvent the restrictions of the Federal Reserve Act
of 1913. Must be the most effective
jawboning success in Fed history if that is true."
There is just one problem: if the lack of purchases comes as
a surprise to Gundlach, what about the rest of the
market, where the majority of investors appear rather confident that they are
merely flipping bonds to the Fed when in reality they are just trading among
each other in piece of paper that are already massively overvalued as we
discussed last weekend in "Unprecedented
Pace Of Corporate Debt Issuance Has Crippled Corporate Fundamentals",
and Morgan Stanley pointed out, leverage is already
exploding even as bond prices soar!

However, now that the Fed's unwillingness to enter the market
is a "thing", it may leave Powell with no other choice than to start
buying.
In fact, as Bank of America writes today in "A Note To
Fed" - a report apparently meant to precipitate the Fed's decision to get
off the fence and to start waving it in "a lot of investors (including non-credit ones)
have bought IG corporate bonds the past two months on the expectation they can
sell to you. So would be helpful if you soon began buying broadly and in size."
The problem, if the Fed does not start "buying broadly
and in size" is that the bond market may soon suffer from a very painful
indigestion of the record IG bond issuance that has taken place in the past two
months, first
profiled here.
And, as BofA updates, new investment grade issuance reached
another monthly record of $296.6bn in April following a $261.4bn tally in March
- significantly above the previous record of $175.5bn from January 2017 - bringing the YTD cumulative to
$807.1bn, the fastest start to the year ever and 82% ahead of the pace in 2019.

The bigger issue is that so far the record supply glut has
only been made possible due to the seemingly endless IG demand that has enabled
this unprecedented issuance flood. However, if
investors start asking when and how they will be able to flip all this
massively overpriced paper to the dumbest, price-indiscriminate buyer in the
room - i.e., the Fed - first the demand and then the supply could collapse.

Which begs the question: while Mario
Draghi managed to get away for years with merely vowing to do "whatever
it takes" to restore confidence in the euro, will Powell be able to
repeat the ECB veteran's record and cause another massive bond bubble a la what
Boeing has managed to do in just a few short weeks with its latest
$25BN bond issuance...

NUCLEAR A CHINA: INICIO DEL WW3

La forma como se prepara el WW3 puede deducirse de los debates internos entre demócratas y republicanos (los dos Pdos
pro-guerra que se disputan el poder) y
sobre todo de los discursos y twits de Trump.
Para mi el lio entre DEMS & REPS siempre fue un show de circo en quiebra, esto
es, con solo payasos y de los malos.
Esta vez el circo ya no entretiene y
somos pocos los que ponemos atención
El payaso mayor de los REPs acaba de cometer un delito que puede costarnos la vida como
NACION. Trump acaba de cruzar los limites de la decencia diplomática : Acuso a China de infestar América y el mundo
entero con el corona virus. Eso fue más allá de la simple amenaza terrorista como la que suele hacer a
VEN o IRAN u otro país del mundo.
Quiéranlo o no los Dems & Reps, China es una potencia mundial al nivel
económico , político y militar. Y hoy lo que está en juego es el inicio del
WW3.
PENTA y NATO si calcularon el ataque a China y
enviaron 40 mil soldados para un
supuesto “pacific military drill” frente a RU y China, pero tuvieron que postergarlo por la pandemia.
Esta claro que ahora han retomado el plan y es posible ocurra el ataque antes de
las elecciones de Nov en el US, si Trump lleva las de perder en las encuestas
de opinión pre-electoral .
De aquí el aumento y beligerancia en los ataques verbales de Trump contra China. Los REPs llegaron a pedir una billonada de
USD para reparar los daños que causo la pandemia

Como es claro que China no tiene intenciones de pagarles,
los REPS dijeron que todo depende de la
rapidez y fuerza del ataque nuclear, y luego de ello vendría la invasión y el pillaje del oro. Las tropas
de NATO no piensan quedarse más de una semana. Solo buscan destruir su poderío
militar y robar el oro. Con esto Tramp asegura su re-elección como Presidente.
RU tambien considera que en 5 dias puede destruir el poderío militar y Econ del US,UK y 3 bases
de NATO en Europa. (Israel se lo dejaría a Iran y Syria). Putin llego a decir
que el ataque Ruso al US va a ser tan demoledor como ellos no lo imaginan. Los
Chinos son más secretos, no han dicho como van a responder al US.

Mi respuesta:
Es cierto que Fauci tuvo más autoridad que Trump para hablar de pandemia. Una peste que ellos
no crearon -menos aun China- pero
ayudaron a recrearla internamente cuando no fortalecieron el Sistema de Salud.
Es cierto también que quien más provecho saco de esta
peste fueron los billonarios que recibieron inmensos dinerales con QEs ,
Bailouts y directa transferencia de
billones del FED.
Es también cierto
además que el mismo Presid Trump
fue acusado en la prensa interna de posible beneficio personal de esta
peste (se lo acuso de promover una
receta antipeste creada por una empresa
dela cual él era accionista, lo que jamás se llegó a investigar ni llego a ninguna
Corte).
El problema mas grave de esta peste CV es que dejo reales beneficios a las
Corp del MIC asociadas al PENTA y NATO, me refiero a la fabricación y venta de armas , mas la promoción de guerras fuera, lo que pone en peligro la
existencia humana si se desata el WW3.
Nadie sabe cuanto dinero se ha transferido al aparato militar desde que se desato la
pandemia. Pero hay evidencia de que los preparativos pro guerra WW3 se suspendieron por el CV y es claro que se piensa retomar el plan de
ataque a RU y China y quiza antes de las elecciones en el US.
Los 40 mil soldados de NATO que cercaron RU y China no fueron regresados totalmente a sus países
de origen (solo a los afectados por el CV los regresaron) y pronto sabremos si
se envían nuevas fuerzas para reiniciar
el ‘pacific drill’ que planearon.
Mientras tanto, en el US los ataques verbales contra China han llegado a extremos
de falsedad y por el propio Pdte del US.
Acusar a China de haber creado el corona virus para atacar al US y la humanidad
entera es en absoluto irresponsable .
Trump fue más allá de las usuales mentiras a las que
nos tiene acostumbrados. Como perdió
toda credibilidad a nivel mundial decidió sacarse el clavo lanzando una
mentira gorda y hedionda que rebasó los límites de la decencia diplomática. Ese es el significado de su mentira contra
China.
QUE HACER?
Lo menos que podemos hacer como Nacion americana es
reunir firmas pidiendo a la Corte Suprema que exija su renuncia inmediata por poner en
peligro la vida de los Americanos y de la comunidad mundial .
La Corte de Nuremberg sanciono esto como grave delito contra la PAZ mundial. En efecto, todo intento
de guerra mundial, es genocidio
premeditado y calculado de antemano.
Si no hacemos nada por frenar este ataque a
la PAZ MUNDIAL, mas tarde no habrá tiempo para lamentarlo.
Por donde empezar?.. Recabar firmas exigiendo su
renuncia. Llevar es caso a las Cortes Internas e internacionales . Cuando se
recaben firmas pidiendo la dimisión de
TRUMP , en la misma papeleta, debemos pedir a las
Cortes Internacionales que tambien sancionen a Trump .
No importa que nuestra CORTE SUPREMA calle con silencio cómplice frente a este delito, eso servirá
para deponerlos a ellos mas tarde.
