and the United States, often at odds as to how to handle the regime of Kim
Jong-un, have agreed that denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula should be “Complete, Verifiable and Irreversible.” [ for China CVI includes Thaad rem first ]
High
level talks in Washington this week resulted in the two sides
reaffirming that they will pursue the "Complete,
Verifiable and Irreversible
denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula," according to a
consensus document released by the Xinhua news agency.
The document emphasized the need to fully adhere to UN Security Council
resolutions and push for dialogue and negotiation. The statement
also said it is necessary to upgrade military-to-military exchanges and
establish mechanisms of notification in order to avoid the risks
of "judgement errors" between the Chinese and US militaries.

On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump tweeted that China had been ineffective so far
in its efforts to use its leverage with Pyongyang. China's
Foreign Ministry responded by saying that China
has played an important role in seeking PEACE in the region

Un, who is supposedly a big fan of the sport and that player
in particular.
Rodman’s trip to North Korea
couldn’t come at a more sensitive time, as newly elected South Korean
leader Moon Jai-In warned that the situation is “more dire than ever”.
North Korea has blatantly ignored UNSC sanctions against its missile
program and is continuing to test the said technology without pause.
Rodman’s trip coincides
with North Korea releasing an imprisoned American
student, proving that substantial diplomatic efforts have been ongoing
behind the scenes between Washington and Pyongyang. Moreover, South Korea announced that it is delaying the deployment
of the US’ THAAD anti-missile system until a full environmental
assessment is conducted. This temporarily lessens the pressure
on North Korea, but also on China and
Russia too, which are seriously concerned that
the Pentagon is using Pyongyang as a pretext to diminish their
nuclear second strike capabilities. Therefore, Rodman’s
‘parallel diplomacy’ is taking place at a special time when a brief window
of opportunity has opened up due to the alignment
of several factors and willingness of Pyongyang to peacefully
settle this dispute.
MY ASSESMENT:
[[ Behind Trump arrogant language
of US as new Hitler of the world: “I’m the both of this circus” –mimicked by NK leader, the one who
proved that in time “nuclear-power” there is not small enemy- A FACT PREVAILS: there were “substantial diplomatic efforts behind the scenes
between Washington and Pyongyang”. So, we
got a kind of win-win situation for all: Trump feed the
nationalist sentiment of his followers and the patriotism of the nation
(expressed in votes during recent elections) .. the believe that we are the
superman of the earth was re-afirmed, though it is fake, and the believe that
we are the real heroes n still in
command of the world, is in the mind of most americans. It help to cope with
the crude and sad economic reality of our nation. Meanwhile, the secret deals behind scenes between US-NK satisfied the
main concern of RU-China: the “Pentagon is using Pyongyang as a pretext
to diminish our nuclear second
strike capability” if WW3 starts. In Brief: N-Korea
is not anymore the monster depicted in the US media. Trump got the votes needed
for government legitimacy; RU n China assured their geo-political security in
terms of right to respond with immediate 2nd strike if US start the
WW3; South-K is happy to know that very soon there won’t be Thadds in their
soil and the chances for unification of both Koreas are more close that ever
(basketball n other sports will play a role). The most important gain
achieved: the big players of the world- political-tornament
are in the path to get or to build a new world order based on Peace, and a multipolar system. The next step must be the
dismantle of nuke-heads world-wide. If we affirm this route, we Americans will be
able to reconstruct our nation and help the world to create justice and
development for all. You may think that I’m too much utopian. No, the facts
I observe are saying so, facts are in my side, unless a psychopaths in power disrupted. ]]
