- Sobre Barack Obama: Los correos han revelado la frustración de los asistentes de Clinton acerca de la falta de voluntad por parte de Barack Obama de manifestar su apoyo a la candidata demócrata.
- Sobre Donald Trump: Una serie de 'emails' de julio del 2015 hacen referencia a la estrategia de la campaña de Clinton de dirigirse al Consejo Nacional de La Raza (NCLR, por sus siglas en inglés) y de aprovecharse de los comentarios del candidato republicano a la Presidencia de EE.UU., Donald Trump, sobre inmigrantes mexicanos.
- Sobre Bernie Sanders: Los correos electrónicos de esta tanda también incluyen una lista de los posibles ataques a Sanders y los esfuerzos para inclinar a los medios de comunicación a favor de Clinton. Así, una serie de 'emails' muestran una petición a Ken Salazar, secretario de Interior de EE.UU. desde el 2009 hasta el 2013, de escribir un artículo de opinión con el objetivo de difamar el "declarado apoyo a la inmigración" de Bernie Sanders.

- Sobre Bernie Sanders: Mark Siegel, exdirector ejecutivo del Comité Nacional Demócrata, aconseja a Tamera Luzzatto, que anteriormente había trabajado con Hillary Clinton, sobre la mejor forma de mantener a "la gente de Bernie marginalmente a bordo".

- Sobre Sanders y Trump: Más estrategias contra los rivales de Clinton. En una correspondencia, se discuten las maneras de atacar a Sanders y Trump en un artículo de opinión sobre el control de armas para 'The New York Daily News'.
