Clinton chose to use a hacker-friendly, unprotected
email server, [ Her
worse felony?.] as the ability to operate in total secrecy with no
possibility of being held accountable for her policies or behavior. In one
email to an aide, Clinton explained,
“I don’t want
any risk of the personal being accessible.”
[ That is an admission of “ intentionally”
on that she did. “A
confesion de culpa, relevo de pruebas", dicen los lawyers del mundo.]
[ Other State officials like
her are involve in such felony; she threat to revel their names if Law
authorities investigate her. That blackmail didn’t work nor protect her. She is
guilty and that it.]
When some staffers
had the temerity to voice concerns over the vulnerability of a non-governmental
email system, they were warned by their seniors “never
to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.” The IG report
establishes that Clinton’s claim that her use of an insecure email system for
official business had been “allowed” is, well, disingenuous.

Just doing their job,
said Ray McGovern. I know, it
was bizarrely clear that their instructions included taking a bullet for
Secretary Clinton. It wasn’t really her fault, you see. It was actually the
State Department’s fault, collectively. There were only a few variations on the
meme: “We could have done a better job ensuring that people understand security
policies;” “We could have done a better job at preserving emails;” “We have not
lived up to all our obligations.” In other words, “we” failed the Secretary,
not that Clinton failed in her duty to ensure that government information was
properly secure.
[ Today’s situation ]
Clearly, the State
Department had intended to disclose the IG report this (Friday) afternoon to
those few unlucky enough to be still around before the Memorial Day weekend. No
doubt the spokespersons fully expected to have an extra day to do the homework
required to be more plausible in the squaring-a-circle task they were given.
The task would have been quite difficult with even a week to prepare.
Small Miracle
Opening my Washington
Post, I encountered another surprise. For the first time since our Veteran Intelligence
Professionals for Sanity began writing corporate Memoranda for the
President, the Post and VIPS were of one mind on something important.
The editors of the
Post do not let us onto their pages, of course. But apparently they did
read our open appeal to President
Obama three days ago urging his administration to wind up the email
investigation as quickly as possible and let the country know now what
the FBI has learned – before the Democratic nomination is locked in. Where else
would they have gotten such a good idea?
In the print edition,
the Post lead editorial’s headline reads: “Ms. Clinton’s willful misjudgments:
She repeatedly ignored warnings not to use private email during her tenure as
secretary of state.” The online headline reads:
“”Clinton’s inexcusable, willful disregard for the
rules.” The editorial ends with the recommendation: “We urge the FBI to finish its own investigation soon, so all
information about this troubling episode will be before the voters.”
These headlines and the other article by Amy Chozick : “Emails
Add to Hillary Clinton’s Central Problem: Voters Just Don’t Trust Her” .. has aggravated her situation.

MY COMMENT:
Tomorrow situation..
If Law authorities don’t take clear position on Hillary’s felonies .. a huge social movement unrest will
break out. If police repression crack down the civil unrest..
1st, it won’t be stopped it will incinerate the
whole nation ..
2nd, if war with Russia and China is used as
pretext for martial Law .. the unrest will continue and may derive in
internal-armed -national conflict (especially if innocent people dies in the
streets defending democracy) .. So, the whole nation will be divided and their
central institution totally discredited.
3rd To reaffirm authority of the whole &
collapsing sytem, the “owners” of the military apparatus (bankers & big
corp of WS) will force the transit from fake pretext of war with RU-China to a
real conflict with them ..
4th the time limit to prepare the whole Nation to
face such danger will be a factor to undermine and make weak our war-policy. As soon this conflict start hundreds of mall
& shopping centers across the nation will be hit by terrorists and the
whole economy will collapse. The water-dumps, electricity centers and key
highroad transit points, will be destroyed. The bankers the rich built to
protect their families against foreign bomb will be assaulted by angry mobs. For
every nuke we launch on them we will receive a double amount, up to rendition.
5th Then after a brief period of nuclear exchange
(3 to 5 days according estimates), the super-nations will convene a Pact to
de-nuclearize the world. But it will be impossible to return to the previous way of life with
neoliberal economics with its frauds, debts & casino economy .
6th A new period of social and national
revolutions will start. The whole national-systems
of the world will realize and detest the
stupidity of our rulers & owners of the economic-political system. They will
be the target of peoples angry. They will be disposed and place in jail or
killed.
7th, Historian will wonder how this mess started? And
many will coincide that this was the fault of institutions defending the ruling
classes. They will remember the obscene greed of our oligarchy, and they will
put their finger on Hillary-Bill Clinton clan who intentionally broke the Law. Check
the history of 1st and 2nd WW, their real causes and the stupid pretext they
used and take those pieces of history as mirror so see our conduct in such
days.
To avoid having such shame in history Mrs Clinton should be
indicted and prevented to continue as candidate to the Presidency. She is using
elections only to institutionalize impunity in America. She planned carefully
all this “democratic affair” and the buying of primaries. I do really believe
that Mrs Clinton should’ve been placed already in prison. It is not late to do it.]]
