[ Marine Le Pen is saying what most European already said–including
Germans- . Are they also far-rightists?. Of course not. Why Marine? .. because
the US corporate media is afraid of her. Why .. afraid? Perhaps she has not
been coopted by CIA or US-NATO big corporations.. or because these one have
their own preference .. another puppet easy to manipulate.. Is Marine Le Pen
using the same US-CIA trap against them?.

recessions has taken hold because of a simplistic idea that a recession is two
successive quarterly declines in GDP or, more broadly, a situation where we see
some, but not all, of the typical markers of recession. While the final
determination of recession might be delayed by a year of more, our leading
indexes have never been this weak outside a recession. If this is indeed a
recession, policy makers would be remiss in assuming that this is an economic

Recession? Or just a slowdown?. Ignorance
about recessions has taken hold because of a simplistic idea that a recession
is two successive quarterly declines in growth domestic product, a measure of
the nation's output (GDP).
Clearly, there are
times when the reality of the economy outside your window is harsher than GDP
might imply.
In fact, if you insist on using a rule of thumb, you're
better off "defining" recession as a period when the economy sees
four straight months of job losses, since that rule has been much more
accurate. However, like the
GDP-based definition, even that is too narrow a rule.
Any trustworthy
definition of recession needs to encompass the key elements of the
recessionary vicious cycle - output, employment, income and sales.

A recession is a self-reinforcing downturn in economic activity, when a drop in
spending leads to cutbacks in production and thus jobs, triggering a loss of
income that spreads across the country and from industry to industry, hurting
sales and in turn feeding back into a further drop in production - in effect a
vicious cycle.

[ Si partimos de las siguientes premisas
1- que “maximizar ganancias” es el objetivo central de la toda inversión
de capitales;
..
2- que eso
conduce a contradicciones internas -derivadas de la competencia sana o
insana- entre capitalistas internos y
externos;
..
3- que eso
crea sistuacion de caos, inestabilidad y crisis periódicas por el control de
mercados (de recursos técnicos, de labor barato, de efciencia y calidad en el producto y su
comercialización) lo que crea fenómenos de recesión periódicos.
..
4- si aceptamos
aquellas premisas entonces la recesión es una constante del capitalismo en su
fase imperialista, no una situación pasajera como se alega arriba.
..
5- La
recesión es por tanto parte de la anarquía de la producción capitalista en su
fase parasitaria (la del capital especulador, mafioso y depredador) lo que se
entrelaza con la crisis monetaria, energética y de materias primas producidas
en abundancia y sin crear poder adquisitivo en los consumidores . Esto para el
pueblo significa desempleo, carestía y miseria creciente.

6- SOLUCION:
Si todo esto es
asi, y la recesión es solo parte –no pasajera sino permamente- de la decadencia
del capital neoliberal, entonces la solución al problema radica en poner fin al
sistema neoliberal, empezando por crearle las barreras que le creo FDR en medio
de la grave recesión mundial de 1930 con el Glass Steagall Act. Quienes
entienden asi el fenómeno crisis económica, saben perfectamente que el único
que puede ayudar a la solución de este problema es Bernie Sanders.. los demás
se hacen bolas con el cuento “normalidad” de las crisis cíclicas. Eso solo es
normal en la época del imperialismo rentista, parasitario y estafador ]

[ Transferir esa función de
manos privadas grandes a manos privadas chicas .. no solucionaría el problema..
lo agravaría.. la solución sería que los bancos sea controlados por los
usuarios –si es que se opta por la descentralización del Federal, (propuesta
ridícula si se sabe que el gran capital está
centralizado y que transferirlo a regiones es crear un tipo de feudos-
financieros al que muy pocos financistas quisieran regresar (jamas el pueblo)
la situación empeoraría y la división del federal no solo crearía mas caos
financiero, también caos geo-politico. Es muy difícil hacer retroceder la rueda
de la historia, es más fácil rodarla hacia delante. Se trata entonces de crear
un Federal donde la supremacía resida en el senado, no en el ejecutivo y de que
esos senadores sean ratificados o depuestos mediante los Referemdum de quienes
los eligieron, lo que hay que legalizar. Se trata por tanto de crear un sistema
de poder proporcional y con mínimo tres opciones democráticas y eliminar el
viejo sistema bi-partidario corrupto y obsoleto. Es decir , se trata de modificar
el sistema político y hacerlo mas funcional en términos democráticos. Quiza, en
circunstancias de recesión severa o de guerra nuclear cabria otorgarle al
Ejecutivo total discresion y el fast-track. Pero en circunstancias normales no
tiene sentido hacerlo y menos mantener el parasitismo de los electos para el
House, hay allí duplicidad de funciones que cuestan mucho dinero a la nación.
Hay que dejar eso en manos de las agencias del FED con cargo a supervisión,
chequeos y subordinacion a lo que decida el Senado. Esa es mi modesta opinión..
mas Modesta que mi abuela, a quien un Banco regional USA le robó todos sus
ahorros y desapareció del Peru. ]
