Yemen Rebels Spotted Outside The Local Central Bank (Carrying Welding Equipment). Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015  the Houthis who, thanks to a few hundred million worth of “lost” US weapons are already well armed, and thanks to Iran are also well trained, are now set to get a capital injection courtesy of the Yemen central bank much as AQAP did just last week when militants raided banks to the east in Mukalla and very much like ISIS did last year in Mosul when the group also captured US arms.

Caught On Tape: South Carolina Cop Shoots Unarmed Man 8 Times In The Back. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. Activists plan to protest in South Carolina today, according to Reuters, after a white police officer was caught on video fatally shooting a 50-year-old black man in the back as he ran away following a traffic stop. The officer has been charged with murder and the FBI and U.S. Justice Department are investigating the shooting, the latest in a series of incidents that have raised questions about U.S. policing and race relations.

Hillary Clinton's Interactive Web Of Money. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. Of the 425 large corporate donors to the Clinton Foundation, the Wall Street Journal found 60 of those donors lobbied the State Department during Hillary Clinton's tenure.

Certainly Politics in America is controlled by money in America. .. But He Does it Too!.. of course, and none of that, however accurate, makes it right.
Politics in America is controlled by money.  What is clear is that the Clinton candidacy is built on a global network of organizations (“charities”) that act as fronts and cut-outs to move large sums of money between wealthy corporate and foreign government donors who benefit from being nice to one or more of the Clinton’s. Apart from any good work the Clinton charities may or may not accomplish, they seem to have at least a secondary purpose as a huge money funnel.
See, there’s crime, there’s organized crime, and there’s big league, global organized Bond-villain crime. That might help in sorting out how to think in an age when everyone commits crimes.

Iran Enters Hornets Nest: Parks Two Warships Off Yemen Coast Immediately Next To Two US Aircraft Carriers. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. The 34th fleet of the Iranian Navy has left for the Gulf of Aden and Bab al-Mandab Strait in line with the country’s policy of safeguarding naval routes for vessels in the region. The flotilla, which comprises the Bushehr logistic vessel and Alborz destroyer, left Iran’s southern port city of Bandar Abbas on Wednesday, Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari said on the sidelines of a ceremony to deploy the fleet.  And now the punchline: the two Iran warships will now be located in the immediate vicinity of not only two US aircraft carriers, CVN-71 Teddy Roosevelt and CVN-70 Vinson, but well as the big-deck amphibious warship Iwo Jima which as reported before is providing marine support should the situation demand it.

The California Drought Is The Fault Of Capitalism (If We Ignore Economics & Math). Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. California is suffering from a shortage because the government foolishly sets limits on the price of water (and imposes all sorts of other restrictions on the distribution infrastructure). In a free market for water, the price would adjust to balance supply and demand, allowing people to ration it according to their own tastes. If someone really loved long showers, he could still take them, he would just pay a lot more and we would be spared the absurdity of Jerry Brown telling people they can’t water their lawns or wash their cars.

Vietnam Shuns US, Joins Russia-Led Economic Union. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. With many of the world's nations drawing closer to the China-led AIIB, and The Greeks in Moscow today, the news that Vietnam has agreed all of the principle aspects in creating a free trade zone between the countries of the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union, will likely come as yet another blow to Washington.

15 Years Of Stimulus - Nothing To Show. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. At this point 15 years ought to count for something. After all, we have now used up one-seventh of this century. So you can’t say its too early to tell what’s going on or to identify the underlying trends. So, after another Jobs Friday: here is the tally: The number of breadwinner jobs in the US economy is still 2 million below where it was when Bill Clinton still had his hands on matters in the Oval Office.

"Odious Debt" Has Finally Arrived: Greece To Write Off "Illegal" Debt. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. It was back in June 2011 when we first hinted that the time of Odious Debt is rapidly approaching. Today, nearly four years later, Odious Debt is now a reality in Greece, where Zoi Konstantopoulou, the head of the Greek parliament and a SYRIZA member, released two videos which have promptly gone viral, designed to promote the investigative parliamentary committee to look into the circumstances surrounding the signing of the country’s two bailout agreements that led Greece to implement its austerity measures. According to Greek Reporter, Konstantopoulou has said that the newly established “Debt Truth Committee,” will investigate how much of the debt is “illegal” with a view to writing it off.

Putin And Tsipras Are Meeting: Here Are The Main HighlightsSubmitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. While Germany has pre-emptively, and somewhat defensively, come out proclaiming Russian aid to Greece as 'no big deal' - a "routine event" - we suspect the signal that it would send would not be entirely great for the EU (and Obama's) 'Russia is evil' meme. Nonetheless, as Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras meets Russian President Vladimir Putin today - just one day before The IMF loan repoayment is due, topics for discussion vary from lifting sanctions (bilaterally) or bankrolling a bailout to gas discount from Gazprom. Here's a summary...

Neofeudalism 101: Strip-Mining The Upper Middle Class. Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/08/2015. So what makes this structure Neofeudal? Simply this: the tax donkeys who pay most of the tax support the large class of modern-day serfs (working poor and state dependents) while their labor generates the great wealth enjoyed by the Financial Aristocracy.
