Reopening is on hold in most of the
US, as states containing about 80% of the population have explicitly paused or
taken targeted steps to reverse reopening
Over the past several days, Washington has placed its
reopening on hold, and Pennsylvania has now ordered bars and nightclubs closed
and imposed occupancy limits on restaurants events.

The number of new virus cases per day
is either increasing or at very high levels in almost every state. While the
acceleration of virus spread (Rt) has been less sharp than in the spring, it is
still occurring at a rate that appears to be preventing state governments from
pushing forward with economic reopening plans.
While recommended federal criteria for reopening include a
declining trend in case growth, governments may also pay attention to the level
of new cases, which is also still high in many states, in deciding when it may
be appropriate to return to an easing in restrictions.

Los carteles y otras mafias no tienen partida de nacimiento. Nacen y
crecen en cualquier institución que los cobije. La unica ley entre ellos es
cuidarse unos a otros y siempre respetar al jefe. Si este cae el cartel o mafia
se disuelve. En las instituciones del US hay especial cuidado en proteger a los
jefes. Siempre caen los de abajo, muy rara vez los de arriba. Por que? porque
la Corte Suprema los proteje..si existe como tal, es decir, si tiene poder para hacer respetar la Ley. El
cartel policial tiene una ideología y estructura muy especial. A nivel ideológico
creen
que de ellos depende el orden y respeto
a la ley de la nación y que ese orden supone golpear con fuerza bruta al ‘agresor’
de la ley, ley que la mayoría de ellos no conoce. A nivel de estructura la institución
está dividida entre los buenos y los malos policías. Los buenos son los que
conocen la ley y la respetan y los malos los que saben existe la ley pero no
les interesa su existencia. Entre ellos no existe división pero sus acciones los dividen. Vi policías dándo la mano a manifestantes
del BLM e incluso ayudándolos a levantarse cuando se caían y a otros golpeando
sin piedad a mujeres caídas. La división existe pero por ‘razón policial’ ninguno
acusa a otro. Pero tampoco los defienden cuando son encausados. De esto, de
encausarlos en la Corte civil depende la existencia de la ley, y por supuesto de buena cámara en el phone que
ampare la causa legal . La corte civil define quien es y quien no es buen policía.
La división es real.
