tiene la riqueza legal de la del 79, lo dijeron constitucionalistas de

deben declarar NULA la
constitución del 1993 y RE-INSTALAR LA CONSTITUCION DE 1979. Urge movilizar la Nación es esta causa.

Constituciones (1979-1993): no hay Capitulo en ellas que refiera a leyes
“orgánicas” . Se prometió que las leyes
organicas serian establecidas en la Constitucion del 93, pero jamás se lo hizo.
El TC es
solo parto de montes: es ‘ley orgánica’ nacida de decreto Congresal -por tanto
temporal (destinado a facilitar maniobras arteras de la
alianza APRA-fuji por décadas enteras). El TC fue decreto congresal nacido dentro de la nefasta y fraudulenta constitución
de 1993.
Los congresos dominados por la alianza
Fuji-APRA han sido lo más corrupto de la Historia política del Perú. Este

re-instale la Constitución de 1979 el TC actual desaparece y por lo mismo lo actuado
