This article contain my reaction to:

Is this an intentional CRIME AGAINST PEACE. The International Court of Justice or ICC must define IF: JUS AT BELLUM, Laws before war, has been respected or violated:

A – Does Proper Authority exist ? War must be declared by the House & the Senate. IT DID NOT HAPPEN YET. This ‘investigation’ aims to that, to declare war against China, and by default, to RU.: Does war against Libya & Syria were agreed by proper US authorities. I don’t think so, they were violations to the principles of JUST WAR as defined by The Nuremberg Court after WW2.  Does we plan to violate Internat-rules by attacking China and RU?  If so. Our life is at risk and so the life of whole humanity. For certain, there won’t be winners in WW3, MAD ( mutual assured destruction) will prevail.

B-Does Just cause exist? (I guess NO: speculation of China as author of CV-virus has not science base at all. Recent history shows instead that US has used bio-chemical weapons in Syria in coordination with Saudi jihadist ++).  

C- Does Right Intention exist?  NOT at all. Imperial abuse is that exist (several  illegal Economic charges on RU-China does exist. The real intention is to break OIL-GAS competition  with OPEC (recent accords). The other real intention is to destroy RU infrastructure for OIL-GAS  and bomb-destroy  their Nation. There are evidences that this intention follows  PENTA-NATO plan: 40,000 west troops are surrounding RU-China. They are ready to attack and start WW3 and plunder their gold.  

D- Peaceful End exist? Not at all. WW3 will end up in

d-1: MAD (mutual assured destruction) at military level .

d-2: in GEO-political disaster world wide (not UN rules nor proper  authority for WW3 will create a political disaster for the US (many embassies & companies will be destroyed once WW3 starts).

d-3 Ecological disaster world-wide will be impossible to cleared because carbon monoxide & nuclear radiation will expand easily and many new world pandemics will arrive. This is the worse peaceful end from WW3.

HOW TO AVOID all effects  derived  from violations to the “LAW OF WAR” as declared by the Nuremberg Trial after WW2 (Known also as JUS AD BELLUM).

First: We must Call an EMERGENCY Meeting of UN  to respect and enact plus update the LAW of WAR  (Jus ad Bellum and Jus in Bello) agreed in the Geneva Convention.

Second: The UN meeting must add the IMMEDIATE DISMANTLE of NUKES word-wide starting with the US-UK  and other nations of NATO.  

Third: NATO must be dismantle by executive order of UN, and the troops surrounding RU-China must be send  back to their countries.

Four: IF the UN agree with  (1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd  above) there are chances for PEACE.  IF PEACE is not agreed in UN meeting, RU-China has the right to close US-UK embassies and the right to respond in self defense against nuke-missile attack on them.  

E- JUST IN BELLO. During WW3 all contenders has the obligation to respect the principle of PROPORTIONALITY : Not to have and not to use atomic bombs nor bio-chemical weapons.  This violation is considered as CRIME AGAINST PEACE & WAR CRIME .

The other principle of Just in Bello (during war) is NEUTRALITY based on the concept of DISCRIMINATION:  Meaning: 

e-1: beligerants must discriminate between combatants  and non-combatants.  e-2: non combatants should and must be protected.  The violation of this principle it will be considered as Crime Agst Humanity.

The charter of the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg (this Tribunal  need to be enact and update asap) DEFINE what is Crime Agst Humanity and War Crimes.

Crime against Humanity: namely, murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhuman acts committed against any civilian population before or during war.

War crimes: violation of Laws of War (ad bellum: before war & in Bello: during war) namely: it include but not be limited to murder, ill treatement & deportat to slave labor camps of war-prisoners ; killing hostages; plunder of public & private & property ; wanton destruction of cities, towns of villages or devastation not justified by military attacks on civilian population.

Both of them, crimes Agst humanty & war crimes will be massively committed before (at bellum) and during WW3 (just in bello).  Govts & top military ranks will be prosecuted and indicted in International Courts & by National Courts of Nations attacked.
