NULAND F** THE EU PROVES UKRAINE REGIME CHANGE PLANS.

NULAND  F** THE EU SCANDAL PROVES ILLEGAL UKRAINE REGIME CHANGE PLANS.

INTRODUCTION by Hugo Adan Feb 8, 2014

CL put in the same level the support that Vitaly Klitschko received from US Official Victoria Nuland in December 6, 2013 and the one who came from Angela Merkel in Dec 18. CL  derived his conclusion from a tape circulated in youtube by an anonymous person. CL said  that the important facts that the tape proves  is that:  A- Both the EU and USA are involved in the illegal, attempted subversion of the government of the Ukraine. B- That the US and EU ambitions with regard to the subversion of the Ukraine don’t necessarily converge in all details.

To me, A is not true, it is an incorrect interpretation, and B is half-true, since the most important fact is the disagreement  between the US & EU. This contradiction explains why the US plan for “regimen change” in Ukraine is condemned to fail.

Regarding A. Does CL really listen the tape?. The tape contains a talking between Victoria Nuland, the Assistant Secretary of State, with the US Ambassador in Ukraine. The Guadian made available this  youtube. It can be listen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSxaa-67yGM#t=89  BBC published a transcript of such Youtube  in  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-26079957   or http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-26078465 It is clear there that both US officials  were planning  “regime change” .  But we cannot include Mrs Merkel in that Plan.

The talking between US officials was about who could be or not member of the next Government.  It was left clear in the tape that both Mrs Nuland & the Ambasador rejected Mrs Merkel proposal  “of gluing togheter  members of the current government with Leaders of the opposition.”

In the BBC transcript US  officials appear as pacifist interested  in mediating the issue with their pawn in the UN, Mr  Ban-ki Moon and not with  the EU. That was the moment when Mrs Nuland’s  said the bad word “F***  the EU”.   Merkel was furious.  http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/feb/07/angela-merkel-victoria-nuland-eu-unacceptable .  Angela Merkel Furious At Nuland's "Fuck The EU" Comments :  http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-02-08/angela-merkel-furious-nulands-fuck-eu-comments

So, the most important fact that should be derived from the tape is the contradictions between the US and EU. Regarding the statement B, it admit such disagreement,  but as a secondary or non-  important fact. That is incorrect too, we should always depart from the analysis of contradiction as a base to explain any socio-political issues.

Regarding the leader Mr Klitschko,  he was already converted into a political mercenary at the time of the leaked tape [See update:  US invested $5 billion in the name of “democracy”.  How much this mercenary got? Nobody knows yet],  So, he was a person to either be used or discarded to serve the plan of regime change from Mrs Nuland. [In the trascript of the leaked taped Mrs Nuland expressed doubts about  him as member of the new government. I don't think is good idea, she said].  The order was: Klitschko must reject the Government proposal of becoming member of the current regime, and he did it. "Democracy" got a perfect idiot in Kiev, a useful fullish.

NULAND  F** THE EU SCANDAL PROVES ILLEGAL UKRAINE REGIME CHANGE PLANS

The publication US State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland’s “F** the EU exclamation to US Ambassador to the Ukraine, Geoffrey Pratt, has caused several diplomatic scandals – none of them for the most important reason: Regime change plans.
It was the first time that the public domain received undeniable evidence for the United States’ gross violation of international laws and conventions pertaining the interference in the domestic affairs of the sovereign nation, the Ukraine.

Was there any doubt about both EU and US “Regime Change Plans” before; the audio has eliminated it. No apparent row between the EU and US can cover it up any more.
Professional spin doctors, distractors and gullible journalists who fell for them had to work overtime to promote the F**-word scandal.

So why all the fuzz about a word that is in everybody’s mouth nowadays. The next-best distraction, is to speculate whether Russian intelligence has been involved in recording the phone conversation, and who it was that could have leaked the audio.

The only important facts are that the tape proves that:
  • Both the EU and USA are involved in the illegal, attempted subversion of the government of the Ukraine.
  • That the US and EU ambitions with regard to the subversion of the Ukraine don’t necessarily converge in all details.
  • That the Ukraine would have more than good reason to summon US Ambassador Geoffrey Pratt to tell him that he is persona non grata and that he has 24 hours to pack up and take a hike.
  • That the government of the Ukraine would have good reason to deny Nuland, Ashton, and a couple of other “Regime Change Proponents” entry to the country.
  • That there is a basis for the arrest of Vitali Klitchko, Arseny Yatsenyuk and others, and for their prosecution on charges of acting on behalf of foreign agents, as well as on charges on endangering the security, sovereignty and national integrity of the country.
F** the F**-word – it is not what this scandal is about. What this scandal is about, and should be about, is that Nuland’s and Geoffrey’s blunder unequivocally substantiate that:
That is what the scandal ought to be about. Forget the F**-word. I frequently use it, so do you, and when I heard it from Nuland, it was the first time that I had the impression to listen to her speaking like a human being.
