JUNE 3 16 SIT EC y POL

JUNE 3 16 SIT EC y POL
….

HILLARY CLINTON SHOULD’VE BEEN ALREADY INDICTED FOR:

1.  Obstruction of justice.  If any average citizen lied to investigative officials, failed to turn over evidence, provided only selective evidence,  they would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  If any average military personnel with even the lightest of Security Clearance was in breach as Clinton clearly was, they would be prosecuted.  Why are our officials not held accountable for their actions?

2.  Spoliation of evidence.  If any average citizen wiped the hard drive after requests from authorities to turn it over, they would be prosecuted.  Why are our officials not held accountable for their actions?

3.  Violation of Federal Records Act (perhaps willful).  Our officials agree to be accountable when they hold office.  They also agree to comply with the Federal Records Act.  Why are our officials not held accountable for their actions?

4.  Violation of Espionage Act (perhaps willful).  Our officials with Security Clearances agree to hold sensitive information vital to our country’s security with strict restrictions.  Ignoring these restrictions should be prosecuted in full, and not doing so is treason against every American.  Why are our officials not held accountable for their actions?

The Clinton Foundation ties to weapons deals should also be thoroughly investigated.

HOWEVER;
The justice system works very slowly. After Hillary’s planed fraud in CA ..
.. it will be difficult to indict her. Immunity & impunity may prevail again

WE HAVE TO ACT as suggested by Judge Jeanine Pirro in her opening ..
statement on Justice.

“If the establishment is not willing to admit that no one is above the law and is not willing to garner justice, then ordinary Americans need to make sure the scales of justice are level for all of us...This is not about politics. It's about you, your family, and this great nation. It’s about preventing people who have no regard for the law, or you, for that matter, from running this country.”.

PEOPLE IS WILLING TO STOP THE ARROGANCE OF MONEY. ..

WE WILL START WITH HILLARY  & then we will put down Trump

System makes Trump paid for rejecting a debate with Sanders
Yesterday electoral corruption is not accepted anymore
The economic & political crisis cannot be hidden anymore
WE WILL TAKE STREETS ACROSS AMERICA PEACEFULLY
We’re  going to dismantle the duopoly electoral system ..
.. they superdelegates & the corrupt buying of elections ..
WE WILL DISMANTLE ALL THE FRAUDS FROM HILLARY.
WE WILL FINISH HER LIES, DISHONESTY & FRAUDS as people demanded
THE BASE FOR DEMOCRATIC REV IS SET & everyday stronger than ever
….
….
IT IS TIME FOR ACTION
TIME TO TAKE THE STREETS ACROSS AMERICA
TIME TO DEBUNK ALL THE FRAUDS OF HILLARY!

ZERO HEDGE
ECONOMICS

To be sure, the charts do not in any way imply that Obama started any of these disastrous trends (with a few exceptions); they do however make it very clear that more than 7 years under president Obama, these same trends have not changed.

This means that while Obama may have inherited a bad economy, contrary to the endless propaganda, the economy has only gotten worse. One needs only to go on a very short drive through any of the neighborhoods of Obama's native Chicago to get a clear realization of this sad fact (while wearing a bulletproof vest).

Then yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised to see that none other than Donald Trump used this very chart set to demonstrate a point, namely that "Obama's legacy is an absolute disaster", something we doubt many would disagree with.

A report from Pew Research Center reveals that between the third quarter of 2000 and the same period of last year, wages across the U.S. rose by 7.4 percent in real terms, driven largely by the oil and gas industry. Wages in energy-dependent communities rose by the most, in some cases more than twofold, such as in Texas.  This shouldn’t be surprising as the period reviewed coincides with the peak of the shale boom in the country, even though it also covers two periods of recession. But those positive effects are starting to disappear.

If bondholders were angry with Puerto Rico before, they'll surely be pissed now that there is a reasonable chance that they'll end up with nothing at all as 1 17 member audit commission found some of the nation's debt "unconstitutional." In other words, the government may now just declare the bonds invalid.

Ever since WalMart decided to increase its minimum wage and then give all employees a 2% pay raise, it has been forced to slash guidance and move forward with mass layoffs in order to cut costs (it had to offset the multi-billion dollar short-term PR investment somehow). The next phase of the cost cutting efforts will now be to replace workers with drones.

Here is another way of showing the unprecedented transformation in the US labor pool: since December 2014, the US has added 455,000 waiters and bartenders, while losing 10,000 manufacturing workers.

In any event, here is the longer-term picture, going back to the start of the crisis in December 2007: please do not "peddle fiction" upon seeing this chart.

POLITICS

For the first time in this election cycle, they made Trump and his supporters look decent and upstanding, particularly compared to some of their opponents.

[ Violence comes top-down, from the billionaires to common people, from State police brutality to civilian population. Trump said that is going to pay for bail-outs to  his zealots when they cracking -down pacific demonstration against them, .. he fostered violence, now he has to face its effects. Violence is a boomerang that will came back to those who initiated. The police should block demonstrators not crack-down them. There is accumulated anger against them and they can be caught in the middle of both factions they try to separate them using “brutality”.. Election time is now different than in previous years .. The economic & political crisis (contained anger) is creating fire with unexpected effects. This phenomenon happens not only in the US .. it is happening worldwide  .. The globalized neo-liberal crisis  is causing this violence directly & indirectly . We will see more during and after this election if : A-there is electronic fraud (machine counting votes) as expected;  or B- if Hillary commit the mistake of rejecting recounting of votes, or C- If Hillary announce her victory without the vote-counting is totally finished. That will ignite a huge rebellion across the nation. The arrogance of money is more haughty than before .. The nation won’t tolerate it as before. Hillary and Trump will be blamed for any victim of this violence. ]

[ Dear Michelle I really love you & your husband, I voted for Obama .. I know that the deep-State and the political establishment is deeply divided and he is trying to get a balance .. he has not real control of the military and intelligence apparatus, if they get success in any of its operations, they capitalized .. if they made mistakes is the President who did the mistake .. The real last mistake of your husband was to take side in favor of Hillary. She pretends to be above the Law and that is a lost cause. Hillary is free to say the lies she said .. but not the President. Politics is a zero-sum game: what you get it, you took it from the other side, and when you lose it, you empower the opposite side. Please Michelle don’t say anything on politics.. just say to your husband your opinion & tell him to avoid WW3 for whatever means because on that issue we all lose. There won’t be winners. It is a MAD. ]

#1: What if global interest rates were the same as 12/31/2016?  Our Answer: U.S. Equities would likely be down on the year if interest rates were unchanged.

#2 – What if crude oil prices were unchanged in 2016?.  Our Answer: higher oil prices have been very helpful in reestablishing investor confidence in everything from U.S. economic growth

#3 – What if the dollar hadn’t weakened by 3% this year, but was instead unchanged?.  Our Answer: this one might not matter much to the current level of U.S. equities.

#4 – What if tech investors still thought smartphones were a global growth category?.  Our Answer: As with the dollar, Apple’s move (down 7% for the year) doesn’t overly change general market returns.

#5 – What if Donald Trump were not the Republican nominee for President?.  Our Answer: Stocks would likely be exactly where they are now if Mr. Trump were not the nominee

Our bottom line here is that two of our counterfactuals neatly illuminate why U.S. stocks are working: lower interest rates and stable-to-rising oil prices.  The former underpins market valuations, the latter sends soothing signals about global economic growth and supports hopes for an earnings rebound in the energy sector.  As for when – or even if – markets get around to pondering what a Trump campaign signals about broader social issues, I doubt we’ll need counterfactuals to illuminate those messages once they come along.

European Union Declares War On Internet Free Speech

The European Union (EU), in partnership with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Microsoft, has unveiled a "code of conduct" to combat the spread of "illegal hate speech" online in Europe. However, as many have warned, the European Union's definition of "hate speech" and "incitement to violence" is so vague that it could include virtually anything deemed politically incorrect by European authorities, including criticism of mass migration, Islam or even the EU itself.

Just as we expected, based on lagged oil prices, the US oil rig count rose this week. The oil rig count rose 9 to 325 - the biggest increase since Dec 2015. This is the second week in a row with no decline in rigs as the market's self-defeating fears of a production resurgence drive oil prices lower on the news.

COUNTER PUNCH

On June 2, a few days before the California primary, Hillary Clinton gave up trying to compete with Bernie Sanders on domestic policy. Instead, she zeroed in on the soft target of Donald Trump’s most “bizarre rants” in order to present herself as experienced and reasonable. Evidently taking her Democratic Party nomination for granted, she positioning herself as the perfect candidate for hawkish Republicans.
----
----
With rumors flying that establishment Democrats might hand Hillary Clinton her hat before the Democratic Convention to replace her with Joe Biden, John Kerry or some other grey-suited hand-job for empire and the Chamber of Commerce, the greatness that is the U.S. in 2016 keeps mounting. (Bernie Sanders’ name must have been accidently left off of the list--- an oversight no doubt soon to be corrected).
----
----
If Hillary Clinton occupies the White House her presidency will be unpleasant for her and chaotic for the country. Ms. Clinton will encounter a nationwide rebellion she cannot comprehend and hence will not address.

The rebellion is already underway, and it will continue. It is not a violent, man-the-barricades revolution, but a visible one in which millions of voters in both parties are openly rejecting conventional candidates. They are seeking a radical transformation of American governance.
----

TRUMP. You already know why Trump is dangerous. He’s savagely ignorant of politics, history and, surprisingly considering his profession, economics. He advocates violence on a vast scale: against protesters, against other countries, against millions of children whose only crime was to be brought to the United States by parents who snuck them over the border. He’s a rude, boorish, hostile, aggressive jerk — not a personality you want in charge of nuclear launch codes, or talking to other people in other countries who have their own launch codes.

HILLARY  She is taking foreign policy advice from the last people anyone wants near a sitting president: those crazy neo-conservatives. We’re talking about extreme right-wing nuts like Robert Kagan, Max Boot, Richard Perle  — the same exact lunatics who convinced Bush to invade Iraq. Henry Kissinger, who belongs in prison at The Hague, is on Secretary Clinton’s speed dial. She brags about it!

She’s in the pocket of AIPAC, the Washington lobbying firm that leans on politicians to support Israel’s most disgusting atrocities, like the recent Gaza War — which puts us square under the crosshairs of radical Islamist groups. Under a second Clinton Administration, the Forever War will continue and expand. There will be more drones. More political assassinations .. She will provide many more reasons for people in other countries to hate the United States. Just what we need.
----
----

Donald Trump is the ill spoken, boorish, graceless version of every American president in modern history. He differs from them only in his unconcealed appeals to white nationalism. But Democrats aren’t much better. They pretend to work on behalf of human, civil and economic rights but those claims are lies. They are meant to hide their partnerships with corporate America, very wealthy individuals and the worldwide imperialist project.

If Trump is a fascist then he will fit in nicely with the pantheon of horrific men we are told to respect and venerate. Barack Obama charges and convicts whistle blowers with the little used espionage act from the era of Woodrow Wilson. He claims and has exercised an invented right to kill Americans. His predecessor invaded and occupied Iraq but he continues the dirty deed there and in Afghanistan.

WASHINGTON BLOG

The end-state of unsustainable systems is collapse. Though collapse may appear to be sudden and chaotic, we can discern key structures that guide the processes of collapse. These six dynamics are sufficient to illuminate the inevitable collapse of the status quo.

1. Doing more of what has failed spectacularly. The leaders of the status quo inevitably keep doing more of what worked in the past, even when it no longer works. Indeed, the failure only increases the leadership’s push to new extremes of what has failed spectacularly. At some point, this single-minded pursuit of failed policies speeds the system’s collapse.

2. Emergency measures become permanent policies. The status quo’s leaders expect the system to right itself once emergency measures stabilize a crisis. But broken systems cannot right themselves, and so the leadership is forced to make temporary emergency measures (such as lowering interest rates to zero) permanent policy. This increases the fragility of the system, as any attempt to end the emergency measures triggers a system-threatening crisis.

3. Diminishing returns on status quo solutions. Back when the economic tree was loaded with low-hanging fruit, solutions such as lowering interest rates had a large multiplier effect. But as the tree is stripped of fruit, the returns on these solutions diminish to zero.

I‘ve been writing for weeks that there are two aspects to the Clinton “secret server” issue — the way the server was handled, and the content of the messages it contained. Regarding the way the server was handled, almost everything needed to determine criminal liability is already in the public record and has been for a while.

So here are three data points, just three. They line up perfectly so the main idea is easy to grasp. (Consider this the first in a series, “The Clinton Server Story for Progressives.” If events move too quickly, it will be the last, as everyone from Time to the Washington Post will be telling you what’s what and you won’t need me at all.)

The server’s email system was apparently unencrypted for the first two months of use when Clinton was Secretary of State.

This means that email going to and from the server was unencrypted during transmission. Messages were sent and received in plain text. This is the Washington Post from last March (my emphasis):
