- Obstruction of Criminal Enquiries (Section 1511) ;
- Obstruction of the application of local and Federal laws (Section 1411) ;
- Federal crime of negligence with classified information and documents (Section 1924) ;
- Detention in her computer, at home and on a non-secure server, of 1,200 secret documents (Section 1924)
- Felony – Mrs. Clinton declared under oath to a Federal judge that she had given all her emails to the State Department. However, the Inspector General of the State Department declared this week that this was a lie (Section 798) ;

In principle,
and since the facts and their gravity have been established by the FBI, the
State Departement, and a Federal judge, Hillary Clinton
should have been arrested time ago..

discredited the party a herself as corrupted establishment. So far, state Democratic parties in Wisconsin, Colorado
Maine, Vermont, Utah, Alaska, and West Virginia have all passed resolutions
insisting 2016 be the last year of the super-delegate system. Elizabeth Warren
has joined Tulsi Gabbard and Bernie is demanding the same.
Corrupt party bosses
like the Clintons, Rahm Emanuel, Wasserman Schultz and the Big City garbage
machines may have to find some other way to allow lobbyists and corporate
interests to exert anti-grassroots pressure on the party.

Was the Orlando
attack terrorism or a hate crime? In usual political discourse, both terms are
used mostly for manipulation rather than communication. Partisans of
established power slap the “terrorism” label on all forms guerrilla/asymmetric
warfare, or even simple resistance. Yet they never apply it to atrocities
perpetrated by governments and factions they favor. And the notion of “hate
crime” is promulgated by those who want to replace justice with social
engineering and reeducation.
The Terrorist Strategy
What is terror? Fear
can be a rational response to a threat, while terror can be thought of as an
irrational excess of fear. Indeed, the goal of a terrorist attack is typically
to manipulate people by terrorizing them into overreacting. Osama bin Laden
wanted to goad the US into overextending itself militarily: what he called a “policy in
bleeding America to the point of bankruptcy.” An official aim of ISIS (to
which the Orlando attacker claimed allegiance) is to use terrorist attacks to
radicalize and polarize the world: to whip up both anti-Western passions within
Islam and Islamophobia within the West: to shrink what ISIS calls the “gray zone” of mutual tolerance and
precipitate a final clash of civilizations.

I have held that the
law-making orgy of new “terrorist” offences was legally unnecessary and purely
political propaganda. Murder and conspiracy to murder always were perfectly
adequate offences and that is what terrorists ought to be charged with. Murder
is the same sordid murder whatever the motive, and to have terrorist murder as
a separate offence imbues it with a nobility it does not deserve. .. But now terrorism has been created as a
separate offence, the blatant discrimination in non-application of terrorist
charges to right wing terrorists is indefensible.
Mair is not an
isolated case. Ryan McGee – who built a nail bomb to
attack Muslims – and Pavlo Lapshyn – who murdered a Muslim and bombed
mosques – were not charged with terrorism either. Mair, McGee and Lapshyn would
all, beyond any possible shadow of a doubt, have been charged with terrorism if
they were Muslims. The decision is made by the Crown Prosecution Service, which
has also recently decided that Tony Blair, Jack Straw, John Scarlett, Mark
Allen et all will not stand trial for extraordinary rendition and complicity in
torture, despite overwhelming evidence presented by the Metropolitan Police,
including my own.
