The fact of the matter is that no one knows when the Fed
will raise rates nor by how much. However, one thing is clear: the Fed
cannot and will not allow rates to normalize (meaning the 10-year Treasury
yields 5% or more).
The Fed is truly cornered. If it fails to hike rates it will
have no ammo for when the next crisis hits the US. But it if hikes rates now
while the economy is so weak (more on this in a moment), it’s likely to kick
off or deepen a recession.

MARKETS and regional States in those countries can make this policy obsolete if all of them
coordinate their response and act in tandem .. They could take control of their
central banks , to control the parity of
their currency with the dollar, … raise the value of the local or regional
currency and inundate the internal
market with them.. Prohibit any sell of stock
to American companies and closing their embassies, as happens in any war
declaration.. They could do this or many other things .. The Fact is that they
are now in state of alert.. The “WHEN” is this war declared by the US (raising
interest rate) depends on the correlation of forces .. and on readiness to attack & counter-attack, in both sides …
Meanwhile this type of war will be used by the US to blackmail emerging markets
( a war diplomacy in which they won’t trust each other) as it happens with the
military war. THE FACT IS THAT THE FINANCIAL WAR PRECEDES AND SET THE
CONDITIONS FOR THE MILITARY War. … Launching both at the same time will be
disastrous for America … the immediate response will be the closing of US
embassies .. des-americanize the national armed forces and the request of ballistic missiles to
defend the region (it happens before in Peru in 1968 & in other countries

Cancelation of foreign debt and
the nationalization of strategic resources are the logical parts of this

been slowly implementing for the past decade, citizens in a number of different
U.S. states will now be forced to obtain a passport if they want to board an
airplane - even for domestic flights.
Starting in 2016, residents of New York, Wisconsin,
Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and American Samoa will need a passport to
fly domestically. All other states will still be able to use
their state-issued driver’s licenses and IDs — for now, at least.
