discover that free market doesn’t exist
as classical and neo-classical economist imagine: a market with free
competition where sellers & buyers
interact with total respect of laws of supply-demand that rich an equilibrium
in prices if the State & Gvt doesn’t interfere. The only interference
accepted from Keynesian neoliberals (from State & Gvt) is neutral info to
individual consumers – still assumed as main actor of Econ-growth.
To Keynes the old story of free competition is only a story-tell , a farce. The 1st
world recession showed the collapse of classical economists. What we need –said
Keyness, is the interplay of 3 actors: The consumer, the state and the Investor, their
rational acts will lead to a balance between imports and exports at
international level (the NX factor, that includes a single world currency for
international trade & banking, a currency supported by gold.. the best of
Keynes, though never implemented).
The spending of all
of these agents is what drives to real Economic Growth of a Nation (their GDP). Keynes was
against savings.. the worse of Keynes. BUT, the
FACT is that individual freedom of
consumers, state-officials and investor
is still the main agent of development. SO, Keyness
left untouched the managers and owners of monopolies and big corp, and the
rulers of the State-Gvt whose “greed is free”
and against the “Public Need” of a
Nation.
In this way the Economic policies of Keyness
promote an activity that has not morals, the same is for Keynes to invest
on arms (WMD) and wars by the State,
than the investment on health, education
and other needs of a Nation. SO, the Keynesian Economics is another fiasco.
What we need is SOCIALISM where the working classes with middle and small investors (organized as
coops) can create the right balance between Labor & Capital (not WS
speculators) as FDR got it.
