tirarlo a la basura.. Si ayuda, nos ahorra la 2da etapa. Como hacerlo? Con Frentes Populares exigiendo
su renuncia en Departamentos y Regiones, lo que supone armar Cdos de Accion
Polit (células de 5-7-9 person). Como hacerlo exactamente? Con REFERENDUMS donde se recabe firmas de los votantes. El objetivo
estratégico es avanzar hacia una nueva Constituyente pero “buttom up” de abajo
hacia arriba (con los líderes de los Frentes Populares). Se Trata de rescatar lo mejor de la
Constituyente de 1979, pero donde la mejor Educacion y la Salud sea para todos
y donde el trabajador sea remunerado sin discriminación de sexo (a todos según
su capacidad y según sus necesidades de techo,
alimentacion y libertad de expresión). Es decir, se trata de avanzar hacia una
Constituyente de corte Socialista y antimperialista (nacionalización del oro y
otras riquezas naturales). La línea estratégica a
seguirse es clara. 1ro armar los Frente
Populares con trabajadores y capas medias. Objetivo:
desconocer autorid corruptas del
Apra-Fuji. No hay que elegir nuevos aun, pero si deslegitmiar los existentes. Esto hay que hacerlo en esta etapa y eso requiere
brigadas cland de acc Rev, además de las brigad de acción politica . 2do: los actores de
polit-publica deben armar los Refer
Depart y regionales para exigir la dimisión del Presid Vizcarra si apoya a los
corruptos del Apra y Fujimori. La esencia de esta etapa es el “que se vayan todos”. 3ro Convertir los Frente Pop en Frente pro Nueva Constitucion y/o
nueva Constituyente “buttom-up”. Una vez instalada la Constituyente la 4ta etapa deberá afirmar el contenido socialista y Antimp del
cambio exigiendo la inmediata Nacionaliz del oro y otras riquezas nacionales.
Si se requiere armar un Ejercito Popular para enfrentar la posible intervención
USAna, hay que hacerlo. La soberana Nac no se mendiga, se la conquista con
fuerza popular bien organizada. Eso significa que –paralelo a la Constit en la
3ra etapa- se deberá cerrar la Embajada USA y expulsar a todos su guerreristas
y mercenarios políticos internos. Como Prof de Sociología estudié varias
experiencias Latinas y desde dentro y creo que es la línea seguirse hoy.
