Zamudio sugiere que 1- el “terror machista “
en Espania es tratado con relativa impunidad… Para Cecilia el
terror machista refiere la “violación
sexual ” cometida por un grupo de 5 jovenes a quienes se conoce como “la
manada”. Estos jóvenes invitaron a
damitas via Chats (ver nota 7) y queda
claro que se trataba de una fiesta para sexo colectivo. Al parecer hubo exceso
de violencia en uno de los casos y esto
es lo que llego a la CORTE, quien condeno al violento a 5 años de prisión. La CORTE
busca evitar que estas fiestas muy comunes en Europa y America deriven en
violencia criminal, lo que no ocurrió con “la manada”. Alli solo hubo ABUSO sexual, indico la Corte.
Para
Cecilia hubo “terror machista” pero no dio ninguna evidencia de que eso ocurrió
con los 5 de “la manada”. Ni siquiera una definición de lo que entiende por “terror
machista”. Si DIO prueba en cambio que
hubo consentimiento de las invitadas para el sexo colectivo (ver los chats en la nota 7 del art de
Cecilia) . Cecilia pasa luego a narrar una serie de casos en que la mujer no
solo es violada sino asesinada, lo que en otros paises podría merecer la pena
de muerte. Pero esto nada tiene que ver
con el caso específico de “la manada”. Generalizar un caso especifico como ella
lo hace es una falacia lógica que en ingles le llaman “slippery slope
fallacy”
P 2. El usar el término
“terror “ necesariamente asociado al de “terrorismo” en la prensa
mundial es por cierto muy llamativo pero es también una de las falacias
lógicas que hay que evitar. El termino terrorismo tiene definición clara : es
el uso de la violencia asociada al crimen para intimidar un sector de la
poblacion civil y separarlo de un régimen político que se busca sacar del
poder. (típico del ISIS y Al-Nustra en Siria). Mas que violencia, son los
objetivos políticos los que definen el terrorismo.
El
Departamento de Estado y la CIA indican que el concepto terrorismo incluye 4
componentes
a) Acto premeditado o calculado en
lugar de mero impulso de ira o cólera
b) Es en esencia un acto
poltico destinado a cambiar un sistema de poder existente
c) Mas que un ataque a los militares,
es un ataque a los civiles, busca crearle miedo y sumisión
d) Es realizado por grupos
sub-nacionales y/o mercenarios no por ejércitos de Estado alguno
No
tiene por tanto ningún sentido usar el término “terror machista” . A este facilismo lógico en ingles le llaman “Spotlight
Fallacy”: se usa términos que capturan atención sobre hechos inventados. Por lo
general estos términos acompañan a los llamados “false
flags” en política y geo-politics.
