SOBRE EL DOGMA PATRIOTERISMO.

1-      The ‘dogma patria’  is manipulated  today to promote war against our assumed enemies (case of RU-CHI-Iran-Syria, etc) . Yesterday we used to attack Iraq after de 9/11 terrorist and is clear that we need  to control their oil. It was easy to win this war because Iraq didn’t  have nuclear missiles, and we had only few loses while they have over a million. It  was a genocidal war. Before that war we had the VietNam war, there we had big amount of  casualties of war and although we had a huge tech-superiority, they defeat us, and our soldiers received the honor of patriotism after death. How many US soldiers were wounded & left physically incapacitated because this war, I don’t know. I only know that the veneration to the dogma patria got now its climax. Do families of soldiers receive the support they deserve for the rest of their life? I don’t know either but I continue sending $20 dollars a month for them (of course $20 USD is nothing –if I get more income I’ll do it)  but not because I like US wars, but because the kids and wife need our solidarity .My wife did the same and we do consider ourself  as anti-war persons, I do EVEN CONSIDER MOST OF OUR WAR AS GENOCIDAL.  I’am in favor of PEACE and I do participate in its public demonstrations.  This is the 1^st reason Why I oppose the manipulation of the ‘dogma patriotism’.

2-      The second reason to oppose the dogma patriotism is because current wars could end up in WW3  and if we hit RU-CH-Iran , they can hit us too. Only billonaires have their bunkers ready to protect their life, common people don’t have it. RU-CH have built small cities underground, we don’t. We simply don’t know how to cope with this problem.

3-      The 3^rd reason is a legal issue. Desde el tratado  paz de Westphalia 1648 que dio por concluida la guerra de los 30 años en Europa, se han celebrado 4 tratados  más para asegurar la paz y prevenir nuevas guerras y se han creado Instituciones (Cortes Internacionales) la última fue en 1945 (en San Francisco) con la ONU,  pero la paz siempre se rompe y la guerras siempre ocurre por iniciativa de una potencia bélica que ve afectado sus interés por naciones emergentes. Este es nuestro caso hoy: el modelo neo-liberal NO tiene mecanismos de auto-reproducción económica interna y necesita destruir las naciones emergentes para poder expandirse sobre ese espacio.

4-      El problema son los misiles nucleares que varias naciones ya tienen y que los pueden usar como ocurrió en la crisis cubana (1961) . Esta última crisis confirmo el acierto de Claucevitz  “la guerra solo se frena con la guerra , jamas con la paz”. Y JF Kennedy  tuvo que firmar la paz con Nikita Kruchev. Y si hay chances de WW3 en el M-East hoy, donde IRS ya tiene misiles nucleares, lo que viene es armar la parte contraria también con misiles nucleares. Y eso se tiene que hace ya, para asegurar la paz allí.

5-      El otro problema legal es el respeto a los principios que dejaron los tratados internacionales de ayer.  Si la guerra es inevitable, hay que justificarla. Y eso supone respetar A-el ‘JUS AD BELLUM’ principles before war ,lo que demanda 4 requisitos antes de iniciar la guerra: 1-Proper authority; No solo poder ejecutivo, también el legislativo y la Corte suprema. Luego de eso se debe pasar a la declaración pública de guerra , el reconocimiento de la zonas beligerantes y el respeto total a la neutralidad de paises colindantes. 2- causa justa, lo que supone agotamiento de mecanismos de mediación y conciliación. 3- Intencion correcta, que implica respetar la población civil y el no uso de agentes quimico-biologicos. 4-Negociar a paz sin condiciones inhumanas. B- “JUST IN BELLO” ser justos durante la guerra. For a war to be Joust is important to respect 1- the “proportionality” principle. Meaning: , the means of violence (type of weapons ) can’t destroy  spaces beyond the limits of belligerent  countries and  2- Discrimination principle supoen que los non-combatants must be protected. Innocent people  like children & mothers must be protected.  3- Ecological principle: assumes that water, air & soil must not be contaminated beyond temporal limits of war. The contamination of environment must not prevent  future existence of humans in there.

6-      Por supuesto que estos principios son dados a conocer a los paises beligerantes y no se espera que ellos vayan más allá del saludo a la bandera. Pero esos principios son la base de argumentos usados más tarde en una Corte mundial para encausar a los beligernates.  

7-      El dogma patriotism  solo sirve para motivar al guerrerista pero no asegura la victoria en esa guerra, ni evitar su posible discapacidad física, mental y psicológica posterior. Todos los verán con pena, esa pena que el la oculta por los flagelos que ya sufre en su alma. Encima tendrá que sufrir el acoso público si pierden la guerra  y  el posible acoso en las Cortes por no haber respetado aquellos principios. A los jefes y soldados nazis se los buscaba a vida o muerte en cualquier país del mundo y por mucho tiempo después de la guerra.  Si el US pierde el WW3, sus soldados sufrirán la persecución que sufrieron los soldados nazis de ayer.
