El 2do principio y tarea por hacer es el desarrollo Económico de pueblos de costa, sierra y selva con el proyecto trasatlántico que lo frustro Alan Garcia -anios atrás- por mandato del Imperio USA. Esta vez no solo China puede apoyar el proyecto, también RU. Solo con los 2 proyectos de desarrollo económico se puede unir y sacar del atraso a los pueblos del Sur Latino (PE-BOL y Chile) unidos por via férrea y carretera con BRA y otros del Atlántico. Y por via amazónica a PE-EC-COL y VEN también con BRA y otros. Esto va a crear una nueva América en el SUR Latino.
