CURRENT DILEMMAS OF WAR & PEACE

China is getting out of the neo-liberal system without the war and violence of 1949, though they do not discard that the US & NATO allies attack china whenever they want.

The only way for China to face both challenges is setting up the mind of the whole nation. The point of departure is to make people recognize that China is now under attack at economic level by western companies that want to privatize and vandalize their State resources.

Those resources called SOEs (State Owned Enterprises), belong to the whole nation (from SOEs comes the free Heath and education for all, and also fair salaries and the social security for elders. The western companies want to privatize all of them.

Without SOEs China would have not got the level of development they have. The leaders of China wants the whole nation be aware of this fact to accept the responsibility of  assuming  the task of defending nation resources.

The west can call this “nacionalism” and “socialism” and in fact it is so, but not in derogatory sense they give here. Nationalism and socialism exist in the west too. The US always said that their criminal wars are done to defend the interest of their entire nation under attack. The fact is that there was not such attack to the US in IRAQ, Libya and now Syria… , and it is also a fact that wars have not been carried out to defend  the interest of the entire nation, but the interest of the 1% of rich people (the owners of big corporations).

Socialism exist in the West too,  “the market democracy with social responsibility” it is practiced in northern Escandinavian countries, even in Germany, and that is socialism mixed with capitalism, as it happens in China. But the “social responsibility” in Europe was being eliminated thanks to the corruption imposed by the US-big-corp on them (sub-prime mortgage staff , for instance). That is one of  the reasons why Europe is in crisis: they failed in stopping big corruption and  the neoliberal system is collapsing now. 

This type of crisis (the collapse of the neoliberal system) starts in the periphery of the system and go to the core, to the center of the system, as it happening now.

The so called “creative competition” –the only thing positive in capitalist systems- has been eliminated. The State owned by big corp are manipulating the economy to save the system, this is the state of the art in fraud in our days. We have the dictatorships of big nasty corp that cannot get real profits in their investments,  other than via bailouts and QEs (printing money form the thin air).

The explosion of this system in the center may happen in different ways, one of them is the emerging of new currencies for Bank deposits and international trade. This could happens soon, but the implosion of the system could derive also from the nuclear war between RU-China and BRICS vs. US and NATO allies.

The MAD theory (Mutual Assured Destruction) that so far avoid this nuclear confrontation is now a thin line been broken by the US and NATO allies. Initially this “non written agreement” among super powers was tolerated as long as the business of selling gungs provided some revenues for big companies in the west. Now it became a dangerous mess since both sides are spreading ballistic with semi-nukes to the borders of China & RU, where national disputes  are being  manufactured purposely. 

In short, while the West is eliminating the socialist tones of the system to favor the advance of big crook corporation, China and RU are assembling a unity between state and people to make the mix system of “social responsibility” and “creative competition” a post-neoliberal alternative, while at the same time taking care of the duty to respond to preemptive nuclear attack.

This is certainly an strategy different from Mao cultural revolution, though it have some roots in it: the people movilization to defend their  State-nation. 

Here in the US we are preparing ourselves to crack down the Nation militarily to defend the interest of the 1%, knowing than most of our people are already prepared by the State to defend themselves militarily.
