WW3 HAS STARTED IN UKRAINE

Kiev reject the RU proposal to peaceful negotiation with Donetsk & Lugansk regions (called also Donbass region) because they rejected NATO military operations in Ukraine. Their regional autonomy was recognized in 2014 in accordance to Minsk law (it allowed regional autonomy as we have in US States & worldwide) .

However today (Feb 18) Kiev rulers have launch a military operation to breakaway Lugansk republic. THIS NATO MILITARY REPRESION IS A DECLARATION OF WW3. Kiev has ordered the evacuation of civilians from their territory, & they have fly to RU. But some armed militias decided to resist and explode a car bomb in front of NATO military station.

The expected reaction from RU is of course a military action against NATO troops. When they will start? , nobody knows, but if they delay response the whole NATO allies (US-UK) will sent more soldiers, arms & mercenaries). It is now when the war planes of RU can easily liquidate NATO army in Ukraine. Let’s see what happens. I don’t expect more negotiations for PEACE in Ukraine. That will be ridiculous: it is now the time for action. Or never.

Of course the core of WW3 involves military actions against US-UK and other allies. RU will get the support of CHINA (as expected after the Olympics). China will be in charge of the US (their nuke-submarines guided by satellite are already installed in both coasts (Atlantic & Pacific) of the US, while RU will destroy UK Banks in London + 3 nuke-military bases. Then RU will continue the work of China in US by destroying 12++ states with nuke-military bases. This is the MAP of WW3 designed by Xinhua press.

I guess there are 2 more Maps of WW3, and 3 IF we consider the PENTA Map. I will publish on them as soon as I get INFO, IF THE FREEDOM OF PRESS ALLOWED. I have already the pre-French-German map & I will try to get the others.

Of course no one in their right mind wants WW3 since there wont the winners, only genocide & destruction all over the world, with nuke-infestation at global scale. New pandemics are expected & current profiteers of anti-covid vaccine will be in jail if world courts decided. No way to stop nuke damage of environment, said one analyst in US.

Can the Fed Control Inflation?

NO, if it could, then why did the Fed try to get 2% inflation for a decade and fail spectacularly?

Now the Fed has the opposite problem. The Fed believed for a year that inflation was transitory, so much so that it ridiculously kept its finger on the QE throttle?

Despite the fact that the Fed clearly lost control of inflation, there is a question as to whether the Fed will "let" the stock market fall.

MARKETS ARE FOCUSED ON THE WRONG FED PUT

With equities reeling from the 'perfect storm' of synchronized (inflation-battling) global tightening monetary policy, geopoilitical risk, and extreme asset valuations, investors are looking to recent history and banking on a Powell Put being unleashed sooner rather than later to "save the world" once again.

Global rate hike expectations for the rest of 2022 have kept racing higher and now sit at a post-GFC record..

BofA notes that IG spreads were also very tight during the Feb-18 risk asset selloff, even as equity and rates vol spiked. That episode was effectively ignored by policy makers, reinforcing the case for investment grade credit as the best signpost of incoming Fed support.

At 66bps IG spreads remain far from where they were in prior dovish Fed pivots, in the 90-100bps range), and the highest inflation prints in 40yrs may only push the Fed put strike wider in credit terms

As BofA notes, FOMC speakers’ hawkish rhetoric and lack of regard for the YTD risk asset selloff are consistent with our analysis and suggests the equity market is far from being rescued.

Based on Q4 2018's flip-flop analog, spreads need to almost double from here before triggering The Fed Put... that could knock another 15% off the S&P 500 (to 3800)...

This in turn leaves equities exposed to larger downside than upside risks.

BofA suggests 'put flies' on S&P screen attractively and can be struck to cheaply hedge a selloff of those characteristics with limited risk, while put spread collars continue to line up well if initiating in a rally.

In response to US and NATO claims that Russia isn’t withdrawing troops from areas near Ukraine, the Kremlin said Thursday that troop pullbacks take time and dismissed the Western skepticism as "unfounded accusations."

"It’s clear the grouping for the exercises was built up over many weeks, and it is of course impossible to withdraw it in a single day. They can’t just take off and fly away … it takes time," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. "As always unfounded accusations."

Russian officials have said that troops currently in Belarus will return to Russia after drills conclude on February 20th. Peskov said again on Thursday that there are no plans to extend the deployment in Belarus.

The US continues to accuse Russia of plotting an invasion of Ukraine. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin claimed Thursday that despite Moscow’s announced pullback, Russia was still amassing forces near Ukraine.

And according to the latest by CNN, the US is basing it's alarmist predictions on a "bleak" intelligence assessment:

The assessment — described as "bleak" by the senior official — indicates Russia could attack in the coming days. The US still expects any Russian invasion to be prefaced by a false flag operation, another US official said.

"However, US officials caution they do not know if Putin has made a final decision to invade and note he may delay action or not order it at all," CNN notes. And importantly, "Earlier assessments forecasting military action by Russia this week did not bear out."
