OBAMA-KERRY HYPOCRISY ON SYRIA AND UKRAINE

Si los ciegos y sordos dicen que la hipocresía existe
es porque existe.
Ron Paul es un respetable líder republicano, no es
ciego ni es sordo,
y tiene el don divino de decir las cosas por sus
nombre. Ve lo que
otros no ven y como los ciegos tiene maravillosa intuición.
Ron Paul
escucha lo que otros no quieren oir y como los sordos
esta poseído de
lenguaje especial y accesible al común de las gentes. Nadie
se explica
como esta joya puede estar en medio de un chiquero
donde abundan
los McCains y especies similares. Siempre me pregunté
que hace allí.
Mi respuesta como funcionalista es que él es pieza
clave del sistema
partidario en el que está. Es la referencia de inteligencia y mesura
que allí se necesita. Su función es reclutar jóvenes y
viejos que sin él,
se ubicarían fácilmente en la disidencia o la abstención
militante.
Desafortunamdamente él está llevando agua a la trampa
electoral
tendida por las grandes corporaciones que por igual
financian el
sistema bipartidario del cual el mismo fue víctima
como candidato.
Ron Paul podría tranquilamente ser el eje de nuevo sistema
político
como un Frente Popular alternativo al bipartidismo ya
obsoleto. Paul
podría dejar a la juventudes la tarea de hacer camino
al andar. Hay en
America mucha gente joven con la inteligencia de Snowden
como para
enrumbar el país hacia un post-neoliberalismo que actualice
el Glass
Steaggal Act y corrija
los errores letales del actual modelo. Todo lo que
necesita la juventud de hoy es gente honesta de mente
clara como Ron.
Si se queda tirando el cesto al rio desde la orilla
republicana, es seguro
que no va a coger los peces deseados. Hay que cambiar
de rio. En el que
hoy está, las aguas son muy turbias. En este rio nadan ambos
partidos ya
infestados por los super-packs y otras porquerías. Ron Paul debiera ser
parte del liderazgo pro-Frente Popular por la reconstrucción
de América.

Former
United States presidential candidate Ron Paul criticizes President Barack Obama
and Secretary of State John Kerry for hypocrisy in foreign policy especially on
Syria and Ukraine.
In a recent article published on
Ronpaulinstitute.org, Paul said Obama’s May 28 speech on foreign policy was “a disappointment
to anyone who hoped the president might be changing course.”
“Last week the Syrians held their first multi-candidate presidential election in 50 years. Almost three-quarters of Syrian voters participated, giving President Assad 88 percent of the vote. After three years fighting a foreign-backed insurgency, voting conditions were not optimal.”
“However, despite State Department claims to the contrary, it can no longer be stated that Assad enjoys no popularity in his country. Even former CIA chief Michael Hayden not long ago envisioned Assad winning a fair election in Syria,” he added.
The Syrian election came days after the presidential election in Ukraine where the Western-backed billionaire Petro Poroshenko won with just over 50 percent of the vote.
Ironically, Kerry hailed the Ukrainian election as a “victory for democracy,” Paul said, even though “millions in the eastern part of the country did not have the ability to vote.”
Paul slammed the Obama administration’s approach to the political turmoil in Ukraine.
“When a referendum was held in Crimea this spring in which the vast majority voted to re-join Russia rather than to remain in a Ukraine that had just undergone a regime change, the US administration refused to recognize the results. For Washington, it was ‘illegal’ for Crimea to vote to secede from Ukraine, but it was not illegal for a mob in the street to overthrow an elected government in Kiev.”
“Why does it seem that the US government only recognizes elections as free and fair when the US-favored candidate wins?” the former congressman asked.
