One of the main reason why Obama announced so early his candidacy is because he wants that all critiques regarding his failed regime and the mess he caused at international level be considered just misdemeanors of electoral “usual politics” in America. Since we have not choices but the black-white trap (republican vs. democrats) imposed by big corporations that finance both of them, the corporate dictator of America will be happy to blur and cover their servant Obama with a manta of impunity on real legal, political and Human Rights crimes committed by this regime.

The fact is the Obama betrayal in all his promises made to the nation. The other fact is that Obama wants now to take advantage of the weakness of the opposite "allies" in the republican party and recruit the few newcomers to politics inside the democrats to continue deceiving people with hiss double speeches.

Until a 3rd option emerges in politics to re-built America (perhaps a United Front of democrats, republicans and independents that think beyond the two party system) for Obama and their bosses will be easy to continue deceiving Americans. This is why he wants to open electoral debate instead of hot issues debates related to current crisis. The solution to this dirty trick is to focus on hot issues and find commonalities among all independents and set up a plan of action for the 3er option.

Let’s re-open debate on the following issues:

1. WAR CRIMES & CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN LIBYA. The uses of Depleted Uranium & destruction of civilian infrastructure is a claim to be processed to world courts & the UN International Criminal Court.

2. IMPEACHMENT DEBATE FOR DECLARING WAR WITHOUT SENATE APPROVAL. Do not let this debate be cut it. This is a fault against the Constitution.

3. INVESTIGATION PENDING ABOUT CORRUPTION & THE SELLING OF HEALTH REFORM. We need to re-open thiss debate and go back to single payer option.

4. BUDGET CUTS AGAINST VULNERABLE AMERICANS & WORKING MIDDLE CLASSES. Now blurred. The issue is Debt, printing money & budget cuts: How much, who profit & who is going to pay the huge debt?.

5. MIS-APPROPIATION OF NATION MONEY IN FAVOR OF CORRUPTED BANK & ITS LOBBYST. We need to re-open this debate and make them accountable.

6. INVESTIGATION ABOUT AUTHORIZING NAZA EXPERIMENTS ON EARTH QUAKES. Is pending. Read art published days before the catastrophe in Japan
