It is not even “Biden border crisis’, it existed before him. The problem is the dependency system that just collapsed: the center-periphery relation is broken. Eso no lo creo la policía ni se puede solucionar enviando policías.
Es la inversión privada lo que fracaso y ya se fue (no los que controlaron riquezas de mucho valor). En tal caso la solución es crear un Estado Nacionalista que expropie a los ricos de fuera y que declare la deuda ZERO con el US. Esto permitiría crear State Own enterpraises (SOE) como eje de un nuevo sistema de poder económico. Hay esa posibilidad? Por supuesto la hay, los partidos socialistas tienen la palabra. Y si no los hay.. ha crearlos.
Por los pronto la creación de cooperativas para unir al labor de la ciudad y el campo es un movimiento que puede iniciarse ya. Las coops son el eje de la pequeña y mediana empresa. En Perú, con Velasco y sin el, las coops crearon inmenso desarrollo. Se necesito crear brigadas pacifistas y las hubo. Entonces yo era Profesor Univ y organice a mis estudiantes del campo a que estudien la posibilidad de crear cooperativas.
Con esas coops nacieron las huelgas campesinas: nada va a la ciudad si no suben el precio de los productos campesinos. Se boqueo las carreteras y los precios de los productos del campo subieron. Antes solo subían de los productos de la ciudad (arroz, azúcar, aceite, etc). Con las coop se logro subir el precio de los productos que enviaba el campesino a la ciudad: quinua, papas, camotes, veterraga, y todo lo que da la tierra, mas las carnes que cria el campesino. Las 20 coops crearon una revolución silenciosa en el campo. No hubo muertos y si mucha vida, nueva vida.
