MARKETS RELIEVED BY FED'S DOVISH MESSAGE... BUT FOR HOW LONG?
..this might change if we get a run of strong data in the coming weeks as the US economy reopens and fiscal stimulus hits... "good news is bad news" from here.
We had expected the Fed projections to show two 25bps hikes in 2023; we reckoned markets were anticipating one or somewhat less than one 2023 hike and the FOMC delivered none. This was a dovish surprise –
Inflation brea-kevens moved somewhat higher, while real yields fell. The combined real and breakeven moves were supportive particularly for EM FX, but also G10 FX.

Fed Chair Powell repeated that there was no discomfort with the current level of yields.
For now, investors are absorbing a message that the Fed intends to be dovish until data indicates otherwise.
But we think these could be renewed if the pace of recovery suggests that full employment may be reached faster than shown in the dots.

We expect US yields to keep grinding higher, but we also think that any USD-positive effect will be temporary, with the yield increases not enough to offset long-term USD negatives FROM A WIDER CURRENT ACCOUNT DEFICIT AND INCREASED DEBT.

The debt apocalypse wont be kicked OFF: the current neoliberal debacle needs QEs and Bailouts to recreate the falling down of this system. This will create the debt and destruction of USD in the global market of regional currencies. IMF wont be able to save the USD; if attempted the IMF will be replaced & soon will disappear. The fall of US Empire has its days counted. WW3 will not be stopped this fall, it will accelerated. The pacific transition to democratic socialism will happen because the Econ & Pol contradictions created by current problems.
FACT 1: There is not ‘productive reproduction of capitalism’. Speculation by big Corp & private investors is the dominant business IN US and they are abandoning & destroying the USD & the Econ with crypto currencies that allow them their nasty ‘tax evasion’.
FACT 2: The Keynesian Econ -our dominant theory failed in the US. It was based in the expending of 3 main actors : consumer, Govt and investors. They decided the growth of the GDP but the Gvt spending in wars & weapons destroy the Econ balance of our nation, even though selling weapons is profitable business we don’t do it for money but to maintain the empire power, that is why we have negatives rates bet importac vs export (NX). The consumer face the real aggression of inflation rate (every month by less with the same income (no real savings). So the gowth of the GDP & the Econ as a whole is negative or fake.
FACT 3: Savings and Production drives Econ growth IF and only IF suplay (lo que se ofrece) y demand (la capacidd de compra) get equilibrium. Para regular ese equilibrio el Gov crea ‘Interest rate’ : the amount charged by the Bank or lender for the consumer to buy in the market. The pandemic & its lockdowns plus war expenses créate a fenómeno depression that we live now, with its rates de inflation + booms & burst that private companies can’t control any longer. This is the type of neoliberal economy that is collapsing now.
4-THE SOLUTION. For a peaceful transition to socialism we proposed the transfer of the WELFARE STATE controlled by Big Private Corp via Federal System to PUBLIC HANDS or institutions at district, provincial & State level. This means that HEALTH & EDUCATION should be controlled by doctors, nurses & maestros who are directly providing the service. The same with other sector of Welfare State (pensions, social security benefits and so forth), See my article on WELFARE STATE.

Only the United States under President Trump and the United Kingdom with Prime Minister Johnson have developed their own vaccines, not the European Union.
The EU must come to terms with the fact that, not only it is on the road to scientific under development, but also that London has gone back to its erstwhile imperial policies before joining the EU. Since Brexit, Boris Johnson has quietly overthrown President Morales in Bolivia, securing this country’s lithium reserves; he occupied the island of Socotra south of the Arabian Peninsula and installed a military base in the Strait of Bab-el-Mandeb; finally, he backed Turkey against Armenia and obtained easier access to Azerbaijan’s oil reserves.
The Biden Administration which had pledged to link up with its traditional allies, and with the G7, to organize the global distribution of anti-Covid vaccines, was quick to reveal its true nature by refusing to open up its strategic stocks to come to the aid of the European Union.
However, being bound by certain treaties, the EU remains entirely dependent on NATO - that is to say on the Anglo-Saxons - for its defense.
