1. Top guide principle for tackling terrorism in Arizona

"Poisonous snakes provide the antidote against the lethal effects of their bites."

Meaning: To the terrorists of Arizona, its direct and indirect perpetrators, must be applied the laws of Bush, the official conceptual frame contained in the so-called anti-terrorist laws.

2. Terrorism. According to US-FBI files Terrorism is defined as: "Violence Against Unlawful use of persons or property to intimidate or coerce a Government, a Civilian Population and Stock or segment thereof in furtherance of Political and social objectives". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism.

2.1 This concept has 3 components:-the action : Violence, That Could Be criminal and non-criminal in its effects; and two actors: the Perpetrators and the Victims. The Perpetrators may be two: direct and indirect actors. Victims can be also two: the Victims and the community targeted or intended to be Intimidated.

2.2 Vagueness. Although this concept has vague term with regard to property, even so, it is applicable to terrorism in Arizona. Vagueness: Property may include people with private ownership and institutional ownership (the state or community recognized as such by law). If used, the term terrorist could and shoud be applied to those companies who expropriate native communities and the companies that poison their rivers and seas. It could also be applied to banks for illegal appropriation of the mortgage deeds from home owners who were still paying their debts. Small local banks sold these mortgages and deeds included to big bank without the consent of home owners. In turn , the big banks packaged them in big bundles combining old and new house and sold them in the international market thus creating the "toxic" mortgage crisis that generated the current crisis.

2.3 Incomplete. Besides vagueness, the FBI vague concept is incomplete: it does not include the 4th element, the Financial sponsors of Terrorism. Neither the 5th: Effects of Terrorism on destabilizing the country in political-economic terms. I mean the suppression of democracy (their leaders) with the intention of facilitating the state capture by neo-Nazi gangs. The concept speaks only about "fear" that terrorism generates in society, but fear is just the medium that serves a a goal, a purpose: the capture of political power. The 4th and 5th elements are contained in other definitions as it is really presents in the terrorism of Arizona.

3. Blackouts: What is not said the spin of the corporate media. Evidences –manupulated as such by the corporate mass media- indicate that there is only one actor, the one portrayed as a mentally deranged (see picture circulating on the FOX television network, MSNBC, CNN) with a history of violence (criminal?). Therefore this actor is completely detached from the indirect Perpetrators (the Tea Party) and even more detached from the financial sponsors of the Tea Party. The Tea Party is just the retailer of the big money provide by monster-Health insurance corporations, they do the dirty work that the Republican party do not want to do openly. The corporate media much less talks about the 5th element, the existence of neo-Nazi groups behind the Republican party, seeking re-installed in power by using criminal methods. It is obvious why wants to hide these indirect actors. The mass "means" justify the ends, could be said paraphrasing Machiavelli.

4. Blackouts about the direct actor. Alternative media indicates that the maniac presented as the only actor of Arizona terrorism have lucid moments that last longer than their mental blackouts (he is studying at a college, is a practitioner of fine arts-music among others, and even writes poetry and is able to discuss classic philosophy. If this is so, this crazy person that is suspected of being the only author of the Arizona shooting was caught by chance - in a moment of mental blackout- by the indirect terrorist who designed the message demanding his zealots to unload their M16. If this is the case, the suspected crazy author may be saved from capital punishment or life imprisonment, but not the one who designed the terrorist message. It is in fact this one who should be the focus of investigation about all other indirect perpetrators of this horrible crime.

5. Another blackout: same bullets?. Sniper hidden?. There is a suspicion that there was more than one shooter. On the other hand, there is not photos, videos indicating that the armed madman was the one who shot the Congresswomen (if there was, it disappeared). "The armed madman of the TV can be crazy and have a collection of weapons, as half the world in Arizona has it - said one student interviewed in alternative media- but he is not the type of psychopath capable of such act alone." This means that is urgent an independent forensic examination to indicate whether the bullet that pierced the skull of the Congress women is similar to those found in other victims. That would rule out the hypothesis of sniper hidden behind the shooting of the "armed madman" . Even though, it would remains to be explained, if the same bullets, why it did not have the same devastating effect on others who were wounded in the same terrorist attack.

6. State Department and CIA concept of Terrorism. Paul Pillar, the deputy chief of the CIA's Counter-terrorist Center gives us the concept that is used in both entities. "Terrorism is neither random, spontaneous, nor blind act, it is a deliberate use of violence against Civilians for political or religious ends." Of course in this definition is excluded the killing of civilians (journalists, children, women and elderly people) by occupation armies of occupation and its private mercenaries agencies in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries. The argument is that these are not premeditated acts, they are just "collateral damages" of the War on Terrorism. Included in the concept of "collateral damage" are those who die as a result of torture in prison camps that the Pentagon has in various countries worldwide.

The State Department and CIA concept of Terrorism includes four key components:

a. It is premeditated-planned in advance, rather than an impulsive act of rage.
b. It is Political, not only criminal, and designed to change the Political Existing order.
c. It is Aimed at Civilians-not at military targets or combat-ready troops.
d. It is Carried out by sub national groups-not by the army of a country.

This and 2.1 above are the concepts that best suits the addressed terrorism in Arizona. His only flaw is that does not include the sponsors, the ones who fund the Tea Party and urges a debate on this topic. It is not enough to say that profiteers of the current health care system are behind the crime, or that the owners of the mass media are covering up them. It is necessary to elaborate more and provide evidence for their nexus.

As we see, the concepts above do not include the 5th element (who is financing the Terrorist acts of the Tea Party) and even less reference is provided -in relation to "the political component” – about the dangers of protecting armed neo-Nazi or fascist in a context of deep crisis we are facing today. I am referring its meaning for the existence of democracy in America. The Home Land Security Office and the Patriot Act make refers to the 5th element of terrorism but in a vague way. Even though, it can be applied to armed groups that get into politics in support of the Republican party in Arizona.

Jesse Kelly, the marine defeated leader of the Republicans (Tea Party sponsored) showed up during the electoral campaign in military uniform holding an M16 and demanding their zealots to download their guns.

The M16 open fire in Arizona, as Jesse Kelly demanded. He and those who provide the money to the Tea Party and those who in this organization and allies provided training and expert advice or assistance must be the first indicted as terrorist for providing MATERIAL SUPPORT FOR TERRORISTS according to new legal provisions on this regard.

IF LAW PREVAILS ALL THOSE WHO PROVIDE MATERIAL SUPPORT TO THIS ACT OF TERRORISM SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AND SEN TO PRISON

2339A. PROVIDING MATERIAL SUPPORT TO TERRORISTS

(a) Offense.— Whoever provides material support or resources or conceals or disguises the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources, knowing or intending that they are to be used in preparation for, or in carrying out, the concealment of an escape from the commission of any such violation, or attempts or conspires to do such an act, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both, and, if the death of any person results, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life. A violation of this section may be prosecuted in any Federal judicial district in which the underlying offense was committed, or in any other Federal judicial district as provided by law.

(b) Definitions.— As used in this section—

(1) the term “material support or resources” means any property, tangible or intangible, or service, including currency or monetary instruments or financial securities, financial services, lodging, training, expert advice or assistance, safehouses, false documentation or identification, communications equipment, facilities, weapons, lethal substances, explosives, personnel (1 or more individuals who may be or include oneself), and transportation, except medicine or religious materials;

(2) the term “training” means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge; and

(3) the term “expert advice or assistance” means advice or assistance derived from scientific, technical or other specialized knowledge.

If we do not stop this acts of terrorism via LAW, not elected official will be secure, democracy will collapse and TERRORIST violence will escalate.
