Our life depends on Peace vs War, more exactly ON AVOIDING WW3

Here I will comment on 2 opinions:

1- Ray Dalio view

2- Wloff/Resnick Economics: Marxian versus Neoclassical

Then I will provide :

1 RAY DALIO’ VIEW

I will always his intelligence, but now I think he made a mistake.

His main thesis was ‘the past explains the present’. Meaning: cycles in history tends to repeat and explain what happens today. This is not exactly the case with the current War in Ukraine. Now is the collapse of US empire and the uprising of RU-China what is at stake. The US depends EU banks that is financing the huge investment called ‘sanctions’ on RU. The US only provide weapons to NATO for they to assemble the current war in Ukraine.

The main problem for US-EU is DEPT hidden by printing money from thin air. The fact is that USD as main currency in world trade is falling down, and the inundation of bitcoin and other crypto currencies are going up. Germany is the exemption, but the rest suffer the same problem. They will need a new currency to facilitate global savings & business world-wide, but wars are creating more debt.

Now they have contradiction among those supporters of NATO. Germany refused to send more weapons (perhaps only old-useless machinery, they said now). Other EU countries also disagree on supporting NATO (we will see it on FACTs below).

The major problem the US face is GOBERNABILITY issue. This is very unpredictable for the chances of war vs peace. Biden is going to loss the majority of the Senate, Trump will win and although he use to be in favor of war, he has to change position if he wants to be re-elected in 2024.

The only solution to avoid the chaos & violence between REPS-DEM parties is to create a new MERKEL in US for conciliation and peace and the only option is the current VP, but she didn’t make clear his position in favor of PEACE. If happens, Bidden is out fast. Governability is a real unpredictable issue for PEACE in Ukraine

Back to RAY DALIO : he published his work “The changing world order: Why nations succeed and fail” in NOV 21 and 4 months after, in March 22 (when RU invade Ukraine because NATO broke Minsk agreement & killed thousand civilians from Dondbass --Donesk & Lugansk--) the whole history was changed in 4 Months & Peace was cancelled inside Ukraine and the regions around. So: the past doesn’t explain d present as Ray Dalio suggested

WOLFF/RESNICK ECONOMICS: MARXIAN VS NEOCLASICALS.

They suggested the chance of using ‘PARETO OPTIMALITY DIAGRAM’: the triangle or geometric diagram to illustrate the chances of getting PEACE in Ukraine. This triangle is divided in half by Pareto-line that assume the point of conciliation-negotiation as geopolitical factors: in the base of the triangle is the cause and the lineup represents the effect. But the Pareto line in the middle of the triangle DOESN’T MAKE REAL DIVISION but an hypothetical chance for reconclilation & PEACE. But real reconciliation & Peace depends on national & geopolitical factors like buying-selling weapons (big business for big Corp & institution like Pentagon in US & similar in UE) and sending troops to support NATO. This issue is been contradicted now by the chances of using bio-chemical weapons and even the use of nuclear arms (or semi nuclear) as suggested by facts below. If that is the case the PARETO LINE doesn’t make sense. We are not interested in pacts for reconciliation now, said President Zelensky. So WW3 is at portas and RU-China will respond. Ukraine was only the pretext, the real aim of US-EU was & is to destroy RU-China power. IF WW3 start the world human environment will be destroyed with no winner at the end: only genocide & new pandemics derived from nuclear radiation will be the cost of WW3. Billonaires have bunkers to protect themselves but not common citizens. If we accept this reality, we have to accept also the chances for PEACE TO BE NEGOTIATED AMONG SUPER-POWER NATIONS and this implies BUILDING a NEW UN, A TOTALLY NEUTRA ONE. If this happens, THE PARETO LINE OPEN THE CHANCES TO REBUILD PEACE AT WORLD LEVEL.
