DRAFT FOR MUTUAL AGREEMENT ON SECURITY DEPOSIT
Based on: Security Deposit in Pennsylvania Code #s 250-512

According to Pennsylvania Code #s 250-512, the short contract we signed in Jan 30 expires in April 30, 2022,and the Code above states in part 3-C that :
C: The parties acknowledge and agreed that the landlord will be permitted to deduct from the Security Deposit the amounts for cleaning and repairs of damages in the house during the lease agreement. If a new bed cover is provided, their price will be deducted from the security deposit.
In PART 9-B ‘HOUSE ALTERATIONS’ is said:
Every landlord will provide a tenant with a written list of any damages to the lease-hold premises for which the landlord claims the tenant is liable. The releasing from this shall be accompanied by payment of the difference between any sum deposited as security deposit. Nothing shall preclude the landlord from refusing to return the security deposit including any unpaid interest, for non payment of the rent in time or for breach of any other condition in the lease by the tenant.
Meaning: Once you hand out the house keys empty all the premises from the room and pack your garbage outside. You have to give the landlord the address to send you a copy of this report full documented. The landlord promise it will be sent in less than 10 days.
