Se trata de crear SITUACION REV (condiciones objetivas para el transito), lo que si es posible en PE y BRA para empezar. De esto se trata: de armar el proyecto con Brigadas REV, Esto presupone fortalecer los Frentes Municipales y Regionales del Perú, los que apoyaron a Pedro Castillo con el voto.
