Guess that inflation was transitory after all...

Since the April 28th FOMC meeting, gold is the strong outperformer while the dollar is unchanged?. Bonds and stocks are up about the same (1.5-2%)... [this is transitory]

At the March meeting, only 4 FOMC members saw a rate hike in 2022...

The market is about 50-50 in its guess for a 2022 rate-hike (notably less than at the last April 28th FOMC meeting)...

So what will The Fed do?

The big question is the 2023 Fed Funds dot plot (and whether it will be adjusted enough to shift the median expectation to a rate-hike).

The other thing to focus on - frankly ignoring the words of the statement - is whether the 2023 PCE projection is increased from March's 2.1% forecast, which could spook the market's faith in The Fed's view that the inflation spike is transitory.

And what will Powell say about the stagflationary onset that is cornering him?

The Fed keeps benchmark rates and the pace of bond-buying unchanged but the biggest shift is a hawkish tilt to its rate forecasts as Fed median projections show 2 rate-hikes by end-2023 and 7 FOMC members see a hike in 2022...

Another way of seeing the critical difference in the dot plot between March and today: from 0 median rate hike IN 2023 to two! Guess that inflation was transitory after all...

[Comment: In keynessian Eon a steady rate of inflation (a general increase of prices) is needed for a growing econ. Low inflation discourages borrowing and spending and encourages sitting on cash -problem that we have now-. Since the biggest econ probl is the overall lack of demand, a steady rate of inflation is need to avoid the collapse of the Econ. Is d probl that we have now. BUT, inflation is ruining the poor and middle classes and only favor the pro-greed speculators and privatization against the Public interest (case of terrorist traffic with CV vaccine). Besides: Inflation and war mongers work hand on hand, we saw it in the recent G-7 meeting.. that didn’t address the main issue : dismantle nukes worldwide. This was a sign of US-RU theater IN G-7).

Perú Hay un golpe de Estado en marcha en Perú JC Llerena

El golpe de Estado de la Keiko Fujimori NO tiene perspectivas futuras ni va a durar, si el pueblo se moviliza a nivel Nacional. Se trata de crear en regiones de mayoría pro-Castillo un NUEVO SISTEMA de PODER, el poder de las AUTONOMIAS FEDERALES.

Esto supone armar e instalar allí las BRIGADAS DE LA PAZ con propia policía, si la policía del lugar se resiste a reconocer la democracia y el nuevo poder (hay que dialogar con los altos jefes del lugar e instarlos a que respeten la democracia) y si hay represión contra el pueblo hay que responder ARMANDO LA PAZ, lo que supone ARMAR LAS BRIGADAS.

En lugares como LORETO y en el SUR DEL PERÚ y en lugares donde Castillo gano las elecciones se debe procede a instalar GOBIERNOS AUTONOMOS pro SISTEMA FEDERAL. No se trata de dividir el Peru, no absolutamente, se trata de fortalecer el pais. Se trata de armar una nueva unidad nacional con ESTADOS AUTONOMOS donde sea el pueblo quien gobierne via asambleas populares.

Los Estados Federales en la AMAZONIA y en SUR del PERU -para empezar- permitirán iniciar los PROYECTOs de DESARROLLO ECONOMICO junto a BRASIL, lo que ya se inició antes Se trata de armar un Perú democrático y desarrollista. Ese proyecto ya existió pero lo traiciono Alan Garcia por mandato del imperio US.

Hoy son las brigadas armadas del pueblo las que tienen hacerlo realidad. Hay que retomar el proyecto de via férrea y carretera que uniria el Pacifico (Peru, BOL y Chile) con BRA y otros países del atlantico. Esto mas el proyecto de unir la amazonia con Peru, Ecuador y COL y VEN en el norte, crearían una NUEVA AMERICA.

Ese fue el proyecto anterior y será el proyecto que viene con Castillo como Presidente. Como financiarlo? China y Rusia están dispuestps a ello y lo estarán de nuevo.

La NUEVA AMERICA con ESTADOS FEDERALES en el Norte y en el Sur del Peru depende de la fuerza organizativo del Pueblo Peruano y sus brigadas revolucionarias. Ya existen algunas brigadas apoyando a Castillo y es lo que fortalecer rápidamente a nivel nacional.

Con esto tendremos un nuevo Peru para crear una NUEVA AMERICA en el sur. Ya tenemos a Castillo y hay evitar que lo maten. Con Castillo Peru crecerá y seremos realmente libres y democráticos. De armas brigadas Rev depende todo. ¡Viva el Peru!
