I got those conclusions after participating in four different revolutions in Latin America when I was Professor in a Peruvian Univ: 1- Chiapas insurrection in Mx, 2-Nicaragua Rev against the ‘”contra”: mercenaries paid by the US, 3-Chilean Insurrection agst the “CONDOR” attack from the US to depose the socialist elected Govt of Allende (me toco salir de Chile y luego rescatar a los chilenos que huyeron del fascism known as “Plan Condor”. 4- In Peru I did organize the Coops Mov that expanded to Bolivia, the marines wanted to kill me, and the peasants already armed save my life. I escape to Chile with my wife & 4 kids and return to Peru when the Gvt was changed. Then I applied to US -Fulbrigh scholarship & La Soborna in Peris, I got both of them, but we decided to take the US Scholarship. Now I’m Amican, plus nationality in CH & PE.
