[HERE ONLY EXTRACTS. That in in brackets have been added]

Authoritative reports are being received that US troops have received orders for deployment in Syria and in its vicinity, in all probability on the Syrian-Turkish border and elsewhere , even as hired armed gangs infiltrated into Syria by countries such as Turkey ,Saudi Arabia and Qatar, supported by the Gulf Co-operation Council, including the infamous al Qaeda mercenaries among other mercenaries ( recruited by NATO assisted Intelligence agencies for intervention ) continue killing civilians and security forces in Syria. They have not yet been withdrawn from Syrian borders, neither has smuggling of weaponry ceased, though admittedly these armed infiltrators have received a serious setback in recent weeks .

Presently Libya is being torn apart by rival armed militias, with pogroms against citizens of African origin, which has lessons for the Syrian people and the citizens of all countries, that NATO intervention, with or without UN support, is intended to achieve structured chaos and fracture of societies targeted, to prevent any central government in these countries, from exercising control over natural resources and the economy for the benefit of citizens, and is never intended to support or install 'democracy', which no longer exists as a political system in any of the NATO countries.

[NATO AN INTERNATIONAL MAFIA FOR RECOLONIZATION OF SOCIETIES AND PLUNDERING RESOURCES]

Conferences of the so called 'Syrian Opposition' supporting NATO armed intervention have been openly convened in Turkey and Tunisia, called by the so called 'friends of Syria', in fact the enemies of its people, with the pledge of more than a million dollar budget for payment to armed mercenaries ( half a million by the UK alone), by so called governments represented at the conference resembling an international mafia, constituted for armed recolonization of resisting societies.

For the Kofi Annan mission to be given a genuine chance to succeed, it was absolutely necessary that all infiltration of weapons and armed mercenaries into Syria by neighbouring countries hostile to Syria and allied with NATO, would have to cease, and NATO governments including Turkey, the Gulf Co-operation Council and Arab League, who are part of the problem, would be required to publicly pledge themselves to cease intervening in the internal affairs of Syria.

[IF NATO SUCCEEDS IN SYRIA THE NEXT IS IRAN]

In this context the orders recently received by US military personnel for deployment in Syria, if true, is ominous, and not in keeping with the spirit of the Kofi Annan Mission to Syria. With this backdrop questions arise whether the Kofi Annan plan is a serious one, or a ploy to gain further time for regrouping, for a NATO military mission, with boots on the ground, to be deployed covertly, as in Libya, to install a puppet National Transitional Council, to break up the unity of resistance of countries in the region.

[NUCLEAR WEAPONS IN IRAN IS JUST A PRETEXT. TO KEEP RENTIER ECONOMIES IS THE AIM]

The security and military situation of the region is unrelated to the hyped threat of the hypothetical ability of Iran to manufacture a nuclear weapon; it is the rapid pace of the declining financial system of the US and NATO powers and the fragile future of the hitherto global reserve currency, which is the determining factor on the pace of the onward military march into Asia, with Russia equally targeted. No other consideration operates, except the fear of a visible and humiliating military reverse or defeat, or the possibility of a national uprising against occupation in one of the countries presently militarily controlled, which would quicken the pace of collapse, heralding the end of the Empire.

Sukumaran Murlidharan, an Indian journalist and political commentator commenting on the objectives of the First Gulf War , correctly analyzed :

"The far more fundamental concern is the need to protect the West's pre-emptive claim on the financial surplus of the Arab world .These are vital for underwriting the political stability of the US and UK which to-day is irretrievable in distinct decline and needs rentier economies arising from the recycling of these surpluses."
