BIDEN-POWELL VS INFLATION: Inflation at 2.5% is normal in any Capitalist system. But today we don’t have in US hyper inflation nor deflation though we have 6.7% rate of inflation. Why? Because GDP up & down is the main indicator of inflation, NOT the ‘retail price index’ RPI. We need to take into account ‘investment’ and problems caused by other goods like oil prize & global war effects on prices. The ISSUE PREFERENCE affected by politics is very difficult to be predicted, SO THE ISSUE INFLATION IS REALLY UNPREDICTABLE AT LONGER TERM (1 year plus) but only for temporary time as Ray Dalio & Michael Hudson plus other scientist said. During hyper inflation people prefer hard assetss like houses, metals & cryptos (it happen so far), but THE MEDIA HAVE CAPTURE INVESTOR and Dow Jones said stock prices are up. So WE ARE BACK TO FINANCIAL ASSETSS LIKE BONDS AVAILABLE FOR SALE. BUT inflation is not over and could happen the fall of Black Monday 1987 ( Dow Jones fell 23% in a single day). SO MARKET CRASH IS POSSIBLE SINCE INFLATION IS NOT OVER AND IT DEPENDS ON OPINIONS ABOUT FUTURE CHANGES IN ECONOMY AND POLITICIS (debt & USD fluctuations in the global market) plus the issue political legitimacy of Govt in power: loss congress & legitimacy issues). WHILE INFLATION DEPENDS ON PEOPLE’ OPINION ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
